They do a decent job but they lead you to believe your insurance company will have a $20 co pay then you get a bill in the mail for $20 so you call to pay it you clearly explain your calling to pay the $20 office visit bill and at no point was $70 mentioned but then a week later they just access my account and take the money without authorization. when I called the office manager, told me I missed a appointment which I did and kept talking over me like she was made and said every business does this she was was very rude and disrespectful I will never go there again ! If she would have apologized let me speak and said sorry for the misunderstanding she would still have me and my gf as customers. So that is my experience. Walter James cole read more
