I took it there because it was overheating and would not start. They told me that the problems were fixed not once but twice the day that I had gotten it back out of the shot this last time it didn't even last me 48 hours out of the shop I called the man back who fixed my car. He told me that everything was fine and it's because it sat so long. I told him that that was not the reason he told me that they made sure that everything was fixed start. Do not take your car to them, because I'm not sure they know what they're doing.

When it came time for my 10-year-old Ford Fusion's oil change, I was looking for more than just the…read moreservice, but also a trust relationship with a good mechanic. I had one back home and I believed I could find one again. I noted the many 5-star reviews for The Auto Shop and decided to give them a try. Chris' competence and communication were excellent, and he gave me *complete* information so that I didn't have to ask any follow-up questions. Besides the oil change, I requested a tire rotation and a general checkup. I received a reminder text message the day before the appointment which I appreciated. Tyler was fun to chat with as he drove me back home, and within a few hours I had a very complete and easy to understand report that I could view on my phone of the immediate needs, less urgent needs, and other items to keep in mind. I loved that I could approve or decline each service all on my phone through the app so that there was documentation and not just a verbal agreement. With another quick ride from Tyler, I had my car back with excellent documentation for what was done along with the remaining items I had chosen to address later, and their prices were appropriate. Chris and Tyler were very friendly and genuine, and were great representatives of this shop. Great value for me is not just about cost but also about a relationship I can trust. I consider The Auto Shop as "my" mechanics now, and would highly recommend them.

We travelled 2 hours from St Louis to Jeff City to purchase a pre-owned 2025 Grand Highlander-Hybrid. Ben McGrail was very responsive and fulfilled our request getting to the bottom line on the terms of our trade in, purchase price, all the numbers that matter. Once we test drove the vehicle, we got all the financial paperwork completed efficiently with Matt Wilde. Clearly explained everything and answered all our questions. They gifted our 11-year son with some KC Chiefs Memorabilia with his response saying it all, "best day of my life." Considering our family was just in Florida for Disney World and he went surfing for the first time last week, I'd say that's pretty powerful for a car dealership to give a kid that kind of memories! It's hard for anyone retail or services to get above a 4.5 out of 5 star rating. Rusty Drewing has an unbelievable 4.9 online rating! Our family understands why now after our amazing purchase experience. You just have to go there to experience it for yourself! Despite being 2 hours from home, Rusty Drewing will be our first choice for any future vehicle purchases!
