Even though he wasn't there when it happened he gave me his unsolicited opinion that I ran off the road and that is what caused parts to break. Told him absolutely not and offered to show him pothole on road where pieces of my broken part was still there. He refused. Based on internet search, he overcharged me by $50-$60 for same distance tow in our area. I paid in cash and he complained when I asked for receipt bc he was then going to have to count $ as income. Told him I was going to see about road service reimbursement. Again complained that if he'd known I was going to do that he would have charged me an additional $100. (Isn't there a name for that?). Then I have people telling me that he is going around spreading false info and gossi, that I ran off road and then part broke. He also stated I was told by landowner vehicle had tbr moved immediately. Not only is that completely false, he wasn't even present when I spoke with ladiener, so he at our made that up. As a business owner in a small town I would think he would be smart enough to not gossip about people that use his service. But not only did he do that, the information he was telling people was completely false anhe was not there so he knew it was pure fiction he made up. I had never met the man before that night so no idea why he felt it necessary to spread false info and gossip about my incident. First and last time I will ever do business with him.

I've gone to O'Reilly's for YEARS. They have great service and are always friendly... THIS location…read moreis the acception! I walked in to get a new battery. First off I had to try and find the employee who was hunkered down playing on his cell phone. He didn't great, or anything... he looked up and said "what do you need" .. The man was rude, disinterested 100%. Asked him to look my my old battery as I had purchased it within the last year from another O'Reilly store. Gave my phone number and nothing came up... however I did changed numbers so I asked him to look up my old number. He told me it would have merged accounts and I just bought the battery elsewhere or too long ago. Being O'Reillly was the ONLY auto parts in my last area, and I purchased my car in 2018... I wasn't mistaken.. he was just being LAZY. I didn't want to argue I needed a new battery so I bought one. He just sat it on the counter and walked away after I paid. No, thank you, have a good day at the very least. Hello!?! Can you put the battery in my car? I asked him politely if anyone could put it in for me, giving him the benefit of the doubt he didn't do that. He just sighed and rolled his eyes and went out to put it in. ABSOLUTELY disgusted at this behavior. I'll just take all my business elsewhere from now on. It's a shame, I've always liked O'Reilly.
