Unfortunately, I have not had the best experiences with the sales associates at this location. I ordered something for a friend. When I received the engraved finished product, it was scratched in multiple places. I took it back and kindly pointed out that there were visible marks and that I wouldn't be able to gift it to my friend. Instead of first offering to replace the item or repair the damage, the associate proceeded to deny that there was a dent in the item and did not even crack a smile. However, it wasn't too bad as the person soon after proceeded to put in an order for a replacement and I received the new one soon after. It looked much better. I guess overall, for me the service and the friendliness are the most important and best parts of a customer experience...and I felt it was lacking here. Then again, it may have been an off day. I'm sure there are other pleasant experiences.
