I agreed and he said it would be about an hour and would text me when it was finished.about 80-90 mins later I went into the store and the bike was not touched. He said the bike wasn't ready yet and I said clearly. He didn't apologize and was condescending stating he would've called me if it was. I said you told me an hour and I thought maybe he didn't have my correct number. He was like I will text you when it's ready and could not give me a time.The long and the short was he had the attitude that if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else. SO I DID. I went 5 blocks down the road to Conte Bike shop and the tech had me in and out in 10 minutes and said my tire was fine. $33 and done verses $70 quote and a waste of time. I know where I will go for my Bicycle needs and will not be at Treks.

I do wish this store did some things such as text when ready like some other locations do (i.e. Wesley Chapel). This way, it's easier to know for sure if done. I do suggest this to make it convenient for sellers! However, since they don't, I just put a timer on. Oh side note, sometimes it can be frustrating to see some items they sell that are questionable as to why they are even on the shelf. Yet, some items personally speaking that are owned are better yet not purchased by them off me. More of a general thing, rather than store specific. However, every location looks for different things fitting their crowd, but generally around the same. As a shopper, the things are reasonably priced and in typically gently used/decent quality.
