All in all I would go back and it is a GREAT value. Just be sure you advocate for yourself when it comes to charges and get a CLEAR understanding of what they will charge you before you agree to anything.

All I wanted was to cancel my memberships (since they made so many duplicates) and now I'm getting emails about $ that I owe will go to collections. This is ridiculous. To be honest, I've purposely kept coming here because of the staff (Doug, Shane, and Zach) that really do the best they can and take pride in their work and it shows. It's clear now that the primary owners don't care about keeping this place in great shape. They don't care about upgrading the WiFi, or replacing one of the big fans (especially when it's the first one that you see when you walk into the place), or replacing old and outdated equipment, or old and outdated carpeting, or toilets that barely flush. Sadly, when the fan does stop working it gives you the chance to see how much caked-on dust has accumulated on it. (This has since been corrected as a result of a survey that I filled out that "got noticed.") With the recent opening of other gyms in the immediate area, it's time to take my business elsewhere.. If this place ever changes ownership and gets a much-needed refresh then I'll certainly come back to give it another try. Until then, I went ahead and canceled my membership at this place.

That was it, sick and tired of being out of shape. I wrestled in high school and since graduating I've been wanting to train in Jiu Jitsu. During the onboarding Coach Robert asked me for a fitness goal Jiu Jitsu was the goal I've had for over 7 years. I have now been training at Gracie Largo for 5 months and performing exceedingly well with my gas tank increasing every week. Elevate not only supported me in strengthening my back and losing weight but also supported me in pursuing my long term goals. I even ran into someone in public who said Elevate changed his life and I can't disagree. This is a high quality family owned business and I recommend in passing at every opportunity. I also feel Coach Robert is a highly talented personal trainer who never once was annoyed at my 1 million "whys" and if he didn't know the answer he would do research and share his findings with me. Elevate always treats the root cause and never fails to educate.

Staff was nice when joining and very reasonable for price of membership at $25 at the time of writing this. My only gripe with this location is they don't have paper towels to wipe down machines before and after each use. Instead they have blue rages and spray bottles placed throughout the gym which is cause for concern. Everyone touching the same towels after working up a sweat is not sanitary. If they corrected this then it'll be a 5 star review.

The gym is always clean, staff is friendly, and not overly crowded. In addition to the membership, I'm also doing training sessions with Frank. Frank is an incredible motivator and coach. My fitness (or lack there of) assessment didn't scare him and he went right to work crafting a plan to get me back in shape. I personally have a long road, but am ever so thankful for him. All in all, I think this gym is a great for for me and am glad to have them in the neighborhood!

Basically, you get to do a heated workout in the infrared saunas at Hotworx and follow it up with a cold plunge at Arctic Bath & Coffee after. What a rush! Heated workouts aren't my favorite, as I usually get a little lightheaded, but the friendly team at Hotworx talked me through the info and let me know that I could just take a breather if the heated workout was too much. Your time in the sauna is your time, so you spend it how you need to. I tried the hot yoga, where up to three people can do yoga side by side. You have to use their Hotworx mats and towels, but they had plenty to utilize. They also had foam rollers available, which was a nice touch. The other sauna choices had things like row machines and stationary bikes, and I thought it was cool that you could do workouts like that in the saunas. I may try the rowing next time. They also have a free weights gym area in the middle of the facility, and anyone at Hotworx can use it while they are there. It's a members only studio, so the main door is locked unless you have your member access. You just book the session you want (or as many as you want) and head in to get a great workout! I highly recommend trying out the fire and ice combo they are doing with Arctic Baths next door. It's so rejuvenating to get in an awesome sweat at Hotworx and instantly cool down your body (literally) in a cold plunge right after. And the teams at both businesses couldn't be nicer.

The studio has cute aesthetics and two different versions to choose from, heated and unheated. The hot room side opened more recently and is a cute space, if wanting to work up a big sweat.
