I was impressed at how thorough the estimate was compared to the other two estimates. In addition, Sam seemed very knowledgeable, was receptive to answering all of my questions, and he and his wife Susan have been in business a long time and were always very responsive to text messages, emails/and phone calls. I am pretty indecisive when it comes to making important decisions (selection of color(s), and I found Sam to be very patient with me, even encouraging me to go to the Sherwin Williams store in Port Orange to select free color samples. Once my decision was made, Sam was on the job early every morning, and typically stayed until 3:30 pm each day.
