'I've been with this Envista Bank on 811 NW 25th st.,for5-7 years now. It's the best Bank I've ever…read morebanked with! This particular branch is so with it today. The vibe you feel when you first walk in is inviting. Your greeted right away. Your seen in a timely manner. Worker's always smiling, and will engage in a conversation. As with the Worker's I don't interact with, I'm sure their just as great as the one's I'm about too speak of. Sadly there are a couple that are no longer there, but they too were among the one's I'm speaking about. Some now I don't know their name's but have done buisness with them and their professionalism was spot on! Now this guy, G.T. I and my girlfriend knows more closely because we interacted with him more because of his position. We met G.T. through the drive through. That's how we got to know him. We used the drive up alot back then. As well with a couple others who aren't there now. G.T. works at a window in the lobby, but does assist at the drive up also. This guy's always greets people with positiveness, and a smile. Asks how your doing and how's your day going, then gets to buisness. He's knowledgeable of most things at the bank. At least with what I and my girlfriend comes in for. But I've heard him assist other's and was knowledgeable of their's. I will say, that my girlfriend and I was in an area that had an Envista Bank there. I used that bank year's back because I worked on that side of town and used drive through only, but never had issue's then. But we decided to go in this bank, I don't remember why she wanted to, but what we both remember was something way different from our Bank in North Topeka. The minute we walked in, the vibe was uninviting. The Lady at a desk when you walk in was on the phone and I could tell it wasn't a customer, which didn't bother me, but what did was her expression was that we interrupted her conversation and seemed to bother her. NO smile No pleasant greeting. Just seemed cold and it was evident to us. We left. That experience was totally the opposite of the North Topeka branch. I've been to many bank's in my life, and no experience was as inviting as with the North Topeka branch! Even the worker's in their offices will acknowledge you if their not busy, with a wave and smile. Or they will quickly ask if they can assist you when other's are busy. All I know us many people and buisnesses I've delt with could get pointers in hospitality and efficiency. The people at the North brach are awsome! G.T. is awsome! I know things change, people move on, but I hope it doesn't at this bank. You feel invited and right at home! They all need to know this. People in corporations need to know this.
