Mind you, I had a $1000 loan. They have given me the run around for two weeks and "Jana" will not let me have the information to speak with anyone in a supervisory role. She has no idea what she is talking about and just lied and told me that my phone had them blocked or I wouldn't have gotten a letter. she can't tell me if a check was mailed I didn't receive, and keeps saying she is waiting on this regional manager to answer her about a trace on a check (if any check) was cashed. Just give me the $250 owed and I'll quit calling. Y'all are quick to repo cars and rake in the dough, but act like customers are slow and dumb and will believe anything when its obvious you are stalling. I won't get tired or give up.
