I told them what was being picked up and that we needed it gone by the next day. They gave me a quote and said they would be here at 2pm. Once it hit 2:30, I messaged them to find out what was going on. They said they were coming but can't make it until 4-5 PM. They then messaged again to say they were behind but would be here by 5:30.
