The good: it's clean, brand new, good selection of beer, great selection of beer singles, and a large selection of the typical convenience store snacks. Seven different slushy machines, fountain drinks, and three coffee machines with three selections of beans in each. The coffee area also has quite a few different creamer options. Advertised as the "Best Chicken in Ohio" and it has a decent menu for food at the in-store to-go food area. It's well lit, and in a very safe/convenient location. The bad: they definitely have some growing pains. I stopped in the day after and two days after their opening. Around 6:30pm, there were 11 customers in line to order chicken or other items on their menu. I ordered the Family Feast consisting of 9 tenders, 2 large sides, and 4 dinner rolls. They were out of "jojos" (their version of larger steak fries) and only had mac & cheese and mashed potatoes as sides. I had to ask for gravy to be added rather than being asked, and I wasn't offered any dipping sauces. They also do not have all of the items that they advertise on their menu, website, or app such as pizzas to order (only pepperoni and cheese slices when I was there), no breakfast pizza, and no roller items. Hopefully it's just because they've not received everything yet. I also wish there were a kiosk to place a food order rather than walking up and just guessing that you talk to the kitchen staff to ask for food. For the chicken - the chicken tenders aren't bad, and I'm glad to have a place nearby to grab some quick dinner if needed. I definitely wouldn't consider them the "best in Ohio" by a long shot, but I'll give the tenders and bone-in chicken in another month or so. This store would really benefit from staying open past 10pm as the kitchen would still be in demand - especially Thursday through Saturday. I'm also unsure of the time the kitchen closes. There are no hours listed anywhere on the building, doors, or inside. I'm also unsure if you can still pump any gas after 10pm. I'll update this review in a month or two after they've had time to implement some fixes and get their processes well formed.

It's a new location, so everything is nice and shiney looking. I thought there would be more gas pumps. Inside the store, typical offerings found in any gas station store. They do have a fast food counter where you are able to custom order various menu items: burgers, hot or cold sandwiches, wraps, Mexican food, as well as coffee based drinks, etc. I ordered a club sandwich on a pretzel bun (which was tough and chewy) and by the time I was done "customizing" most of the items had an upcharge with the end result of the sandwich having a cost of over $10.00. I thought it was a bit excessive. I can say been there, done that, but sadly, in my opinion, Sheetz wasn't anything to get overly excited about.

When I got to my destination and opened the food, it was embarrassing. The bacon cheese sticks were just luke warm and extremely greasy. The breakfast burrito was a smashed burrito that was maybe 4-5" long and about as big around as a half dollar. Flavor was decent but extremely small. For what I paid for the food, I would have expected at least double of what was received in quantity and quality. The coffee was good but not hot at all. Usually I can't drink coffee right away from any gas station. This coffee was equivalent to sitting on my desk without a lid for 30-45 minutes when I took the first sip when getting in my truck. For all the hype, it was mediocre at best and will not be back.

Also there is never a time when all of the pumps are working - always 4 to 6 out of order. Don't go here to clean your windows because the canisters never are cleaned and filled and the window wash tools are either missing or trashed because the sponge and blade are junk and hurt your windows more than help clean them. Lastly most of the workers could care less and are usually not very helpful or nice. Screw this place eventually Sheetz or other will purchase and run this location because management at Speedway doesn't care!

I thought that I just got lucky with that pharmacist but time and time again I interact with the nicest employees here. So nice, so patient, get the job done quickly. I don't plan to ever go through another pharmacy.
