It's smooth and rich in flavor without tasting burnt. Since the small shop opened and moved to the larger shop across the street, I have loved stopping in when in the area. I recently ordered coffee to have shipped to me. When the package had not arrived two weeks later, I reached out. They immediately responded and helped me to figure out what to do regarding the large order placed. The customer service was exceptional, which says a lot these days, as so much has become automated, having a real person respond and assist was refreshing. The owner is always friendly when you stop in and super helpful in describing his coffee and the different roasts. Whether you are ordering online, or in the Pinetop area and can stop by, I highly recommend this coffee and shop. Roasted at 7,000 feet really does make a difference in the smoothness of the coffee.
