Analog pushes to make every barista to be better and to push the envelope. The mission is to have an environment where you want to see all baristas instead of the "favorite one". The means the team will work to all be at their best and consistent with the signature and seasonal menu items. Another unique feature is that each barista is responsible for creating an exclusive drink for the menu which refreshes every 6 weeks. We came in to celebrate our anniversary and were greeted with a smile and a knowledgeable barista who walked us through each drink, and gave his personal recommendations. We were able to have a great conversation and he was so attentive and he actually listened and cared about what we were talking about.
