They told me what to do when I did it but their price was $.98 a gallon but I ended up paying 225 a gallon in all the confusion I guess well I'm not sure exactly what happened I'm really unclear cause I always was going to get the cheapest gas but apparently it didn't work out that way? They told me one story over the phone but I'm not sure that was accurate and also that they supposedly gave me the one 800 number for corporate which I tried calling of course no answer there so was not able toFollow that up except on this site. FYI FYI be warned

When I let the "service representative" know we were told they would be ready 15 minutes ago - could they put a rush on this as my husband was in significant pain - she looked over her mask at me and said "that is a rush." I'm sorry but this is not okay, I didn't appreciate her tone or her style, and I refuse to pay anyone to disrespect me. So 45 minutes later after sitting in the store I go back to the window to get the meds. This time Morgan - same person - goes over, finds the order in a pile, picks out the medication, prints a label, then brings it back to me three minutes later! 3 MINUTES!! My question is why couldn't she have done this 45 minutes ago, or 30 minutes before that! I understand COVID has made our lives difficult but being a good human still matters. My advice find another store to spend your money at.

I ended up paying in full for an engine replacement which took 2 weeks longer than was said. I was told a week, then tomorrow every other day after that. I say every other day because they kept saying they'd call me and never did ever even when it was "done". I also told John that i wanted to see the alleged hole in the old engine when I paid before they started the job and everytime i talked to him i reminded him then all of a sudden the old engine was gone and they couldn't show me. I also of course asked them to check the surrounding parts while in there like battery, alternator, etc. 2 days after completion I had to have my vehicle towed back there guess what i needed a battery, now im sitting here again possibly in need of an alternator or electrical work. But the day i picked up my vehicle i pull it out of the space, walk around and immediately noticed my passenger front wheel well cover is missing as im now looking at the inside of my bumper and engine there's also wiring hanging about 2 inches from ground. I go in and mention it to john who tells me it must not have been on there the mechanic didn't have to remove it to put the engine in. Im like wait... what? Also somehow tore up my seatbelt guide on my drivers seat and my air force lanyard i bought my gf. Anybody wanna guess what that wiring went to. The alternator. When i opened my glove box all the screws from the wheel well fell out. I really wish id read the reviews pay attention to who has complaints and who says their services are so amazing. I don't think they're incompetent i think it's a little deeper than that i also bought tires btw so don't think that the amount is going to make a difference. Oh and 04 cavalier i could have put this engine in myself just no time or tools.
