This was by far the worst car wash experience I've ever had. Not only did they do a terrible job cleaning my car, but they actually managed to damage it too. I left with new scratches that were definitely not there before I brought my car in. On top of that, my car still looked dirty -- there was dirt left on the sides, streaks all over the windows, and parts that clearly weren't even touched. When I tried to talk to the staff about it, they didn't care at all. No apology, no responsibility, nothing. They acted like it wasn't their problem and basically brushed me off. It's honestly ridiculous that a place that's supposed to take care of your car can treat customers like that. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place clearly doesn't care about doing the job right or about damaging people's cars. read more

I only gave it a 1 because I have to. I just got my windows tinted so I was excited to get my car washed and show it off. My husband took it for me, and just say my car was left with big spots, and lots of water spots. Now I have to go spend money some where else to get it washed properly. Granted my husband didn't tell them directly, but I feel they should have known. read more

Usually a regular customer but service is lacking. Paid for the nitrous wash. No real time for the pre wash. At the end he basically did a quick dry as he walked around. Mirrors are still wet and water is dripping of the roof which was never touched with the towel. Very disappointed. read more

Best wash in town. The employees are always super nice and do a very thorough job. I come biweekly and have always left happy with the services provided. The only thing I would suggest would be to add a tip line for card payments! They definitely deserve tips regardless for the amazing job they do! read more

Brought our filthy, bird-poop-laden SUV into Speedway today. (I'm not one to wash my vehicle, being disabled, and I decided to NOT pay my nephews for a job halfway done.) Drove in on the wrong side, was re-directed, and waited a minute or two for someone to tell me about the process. I was going to splurge for the biggest clean-up they had, but the guy who was the manager (owner?) talked me out of it, saying I could save money by getting a smaller one. So I said yes to the smaller one and, with one exception, I am very pleased. The one thing they didn't do have as clean the inside of the windshield to my liking. It is smeared and I will have to do it myself, but the rest of the vehicle looks great. I'm going to bring it back to them for a hand-wax in the near future. Yes, it takes longer than a simple pass-through car wash and that may be inconvenient to some. But if you have some time to expend, this is a pretty decent place to get your car or truck washed. The seats are okay, there was a tv playing the LSU game (GEAUX TIGERS!!) and there are nearby places to grab a bite. Steer yourself in their direction and let them make your SUV shine, too! read more

I hardly post reviews but this place was so bad I just had to let others know. The entrance to this place is confusing... You enter on a back side street and there are various lanes with cones. I couldn't figure out which lane to go in. Plus I screwed up and the cones are close to get so I couldn't sneak over to correct lane. Had to around again. So when I went up to the window the guy working was a complete a-hole. Honestly. I kinda joked that it was my first time there and I couldn't get the right lane.. He says "yeah I saw you, I couldn't figure out what the hell you were doing and I'm too busy to figure it out." I left. I'm now at Fast Pass having a much better experience. And cheaper! read more

It took over an hour and a half to wash and vacuum my car. When they were done, the outside of my windshield was still dirty and the inside was dusty. They only vacuum the floors and do not wipe down the inside windows or dashboard. They do not open the trunk to vacuum or wipe off access water. My side mirrors are still dirty. I feel like I just got a $10 car wash when I paid $27. I will NOT be coming back. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! If they could get negative stars, they'd get a bunch! We took our new car here & as soon as we turned it over to the kid to wash it, he drove over the center island & did over $1300 in damage. The owner didn't want the insurance involved so he wanted us to get a quote & he would pay us cash....yeah, right! Got the quote from the dealership & took it by the car wash...and of course he wasn't there. The phone number he gave us to contact him was bogus (go figure). One of his employees gave us his real phone number. What a joke...he claimed he couldn't hear us talking. Needless to say, we turned it in to our insurance. And we are probably stuck paying our deductible because even our insurance can not get the owner to return their calls. Not that we asked, but they didn't refund our $$ for the wash....and it's not worth the money they charge. They do a really bad job. If you take your cars here, do so at your own risk. Do not let the car out of your sight. I hate to give a bad review, but this one is totally warranted. The owner has ZERO integrity. I've been a good customer of Speedway for several years. I came for service on Saturday with specific request to remove some tree dropping stains the exterior. I asked what was needed and Stephanie told me hand wax for $49.00. I returned and the stains were still there. Her resolution for this was to take my name and number and told me the manager would call me. I've had no such call and have called 5x and left 5 messages with NO return call from anyone. I would like a refund for the wax service as it did not get the job done. This is a bad way to treat the customers that come over and over again and keep you in business. read more

I was pretty excited when I found out about the new owners and staff so I thought I'd give them a try. It's been a while since my car had been washed so I figured I'd get the "Platinum" deal. To begin with, they guy only scrubbed the tires/wheels on the driver side and never touched the passenger side. I could hear the vacuum banging all over the interior of the car while the guy was vacuuming and once he was done, he wiped his face with a towel then used that same towel to clean the windows. read more

I left my car yesterday for an hour and a half for a wash and wax package ($59) the outside of my car looked okay although there were still some bugs stuck to my hood somehow but the inside was not half as clean as it should be. They vacuumed but there we still large amounts of hair and stuff on my floors and you know they pay no attention when you have to go back through and wipe down your car because it's still pretty dirty on the inside. I have my dogs in the car a lot and there was still dirt on the doors. When I wiped it off it didnt take much more than a little warm water to clean it. It really just needed to be wiped down. You drive through the wash yourself, and then you park your car for them to clean the inside (if you selected the package that includes interior). Garbage. My 5 year old could have done it better and he would have been stoked to do it. Brand new black truck looks like a brand new swirl marked up truck now. Don't ever take you're vehicle here. I told them I would be going to marshals to shop while they did my truck--- guy told me I had to leave my debit card with them if I left. Um, no. You have my keys and my vehicle. I think that is enough. I commute to SB so I get bugs on my front end, well the bugs are still there and so is about 50% of the dirt I came with. I paid for the $30 service and got about $2 worth of service. Wash your car yourself or pay your kid to do it before you take it to this shit show. I have no choice but to cancel my monthly membership. The service has gone way down hill the last year. They consistently do not open on time. For example they are supposed to open at 8 a.m. on Fridays and I went by at 9:30 today and they still were not open. Also the language and use of racial slurs is quite alarming. The problem here is that they're trying to get one over on you. Stopped in (my third time) for a quick exterior wash of my VW GTI. Small car. He said 12 bucks for the wash. Well, ok. Little expensive to run a car through the wash, but ok. It came out, the lady walked around it once to wipe down any big drips and they called me over. I handed her a $5 tip. Then I noticed the receipt on the dash: $10 wash, $2 upcharge for "large car". Seriously? So I actually pursued this. I was told it was for "bugs". Yes. Bugs on the exterior of my car. Frankly there were hardly any, but that's not the point. The wash was 10, the upcharge was 2. I wasn't told this nor given the opportunity to discuss. The manager/owner called me out for making this about $2. It absolutely wasn't. As I told him, this is about the ethics of him and his business (watching him yell at customers, yell at employees, have shady pricing practices). He said to me....a customer, "Fine. Go to Express Wash, I don't care." As I read other reviews on here and discussed with my husband concerning his experiences here, I am sure the ownership has set a tone of trying to squeeze every little dollar out of customers instead of providing a quality service knowing that if you do that, the money will come--in loyalty and repeat business. We have two cars that we pay to be washed on a regular basis, generally inside and out, 50/60 bucks each time...no problem. This guy will never see our business. Car wash was great. They do stand by their word that "Once again we are not responsible for any items that you leave in your car. We run an honest program and do have a lost and found box. It seems like not a month goes by where someone is trying to get over on us saying we stole something, scratched or dented there car and come back a couple days later or even a couple weeks later and try to get compensated with an elaborate story. Car washes are notorious for people trying to play this card. And another thing that is notorious is Karma. Have a Nice Day!" Lost an expensive pair of sunglasses to a worker there. Ever since this Nick guy bought this car wash it has been going down down down. The wash is terrible, it is super expensive,and this a hole is the rudest person in Lompoc! Can't do business like that in THIS town! I own some businesses in the West Hollywood area. I regularly get my car washed on Santa Monica Blvd for $14.00, inside and out. This fool is almost twice that, plus he doesn't do the interior. I can drive to Pine Street if I want an exterior only wash! Please go out of business and let a good operator take over. read more
