Price important, but quality was the driving factor. I was very impressed with him, personally, as he actually does the work - not a sales person that hasn't actually done the work. His explanation of work required was clear and concise. Based upon other Yelp reviews, I KNEW his quality would be outstanding. A delightful surprise was that his pricing was also very reasonable. Chuck is a true professional. He did a great job and, as a result, has earned my strongest possible recommendation. Well done!

I had a 9am appointment and he arrived at 8:55am with a pen and notepad in his hand. We did a walk through of all the items I wanted a quote on; if he was unable to do what I ask then I'm glad I was notified upfront. He also provided a time frame of the requested work. The quote was sent via email the next business day and he followed up a few days later to see if I wanted the work done. I prefer to pay more through a company instead of someone using YouTube and no skill. He also pointed out a few items I needed to take a look in the future so it doesn't get worst. I honestly appreciate the work and will be using in the future.

We contacted Handy Pro and sent them photos as well as a description of the Fiberglass doors and got what seemed a reasonable quote. The temperature needed to be at least 40 degrees for re-staining. On Monday, 02/24/2020, thanks to the near 50-degree weather, we were able to proceed. The original flakes needed to be stripped off first. From start to finish, it took Mark Widmaier of HandyPro three hours to get the job done. Mark was very professional and focused on getting the job done right. He even had us closely examine the finished job to point out any areas or spots needing touch ups. We're quite pleased with the result. (We did need to leave the doors slightly ajar until bedtime but was well worth the inconvenience.) Before-and-after photos of fiberglass doors are posted. Of course, durability is important and we obviously won't know about that for a number of years. Handy Pro has experienced skilled trades that can tackle pretty much anything you could need for your house. Mark himself has many skills beyond prepping and staining a door. I'm attaching a photo showing my new oven that they installed - It wasn't seated properly the first time (wasn't flush to cupboard / wasn't screwed in) so they came back to "fix" it and now it has significantly damaged my wall.... And - I live in Northville. I've updated my Yelp Profile but it still shows California. ********UPDATE to response below: The lower oven door was not tested for function prior to the handyman leaving after he seated it the second time around (due to it never being attached initially with the screws provided with the oven.)
