It has been my experience that when I call, they know me by name and they are up to speed with status. This might seem to be basic client relations. But I have first hand experience that not all agencies are the same. Action works hard to find a position that is a good fit versus just sticking you into the next open slot. That means that the search might take a little longer in some cases, but it's worth it. There are some agencies in the metro Atlanta area that don't know your name when you call, have trouble finding you in their database, and don't even know where you were assigned unless you go two or three persons in the chain. I've never left a message that wasn't followed up on. These people are a cut above the rest!

She then tells me that she cannot work with my resume. Why would you lie and say you can work with the resume, then suddenly say you can't?? Doesn't make sense. Then, she had the nerve to ask me what chance do I think I have in obtaining a job compared to other resumes? That really angered me. It's like she doesn't even care about the clients at all.
