What a horrible "service provider"! Since Brighthouse had become Spectrum we have had nothing but Internet outage. Bad! Very bad!

They just ran lines in our neighborhood and convinced me to leave Verizon which wasn't perfect but it got the job done. After having service installed for about a week, our AT&T drops out completely at about 3pm to midnight everyday to less the 96mbps. I have called, texted, emailed with zero response and the online support is a joke and reads from script. Service request is a joke and the value for my money I should have stayed where I was with Verizon. If I could I would give them o stars. Thanks for nothing AT&T!

Two minutes later, our lawn crew accidentally cut the wire which was not properly buried by the AT&T crew. Due to lack of repair techs, they put our reconnection out six days from the day That the accident and cut off. This is unacceptable as both my husband and I work out of our home and use the Internet on a daily basis. Unfortunately, I have returned to Spectrum, they were able to reconnect me the next day. I fussed at AT&T as we are long longtime customers of cellular, and they said they just do not have the repair staff currently. They have overbuilt too quickly and do not have the infrastructure to support their new customers. The coverage was spotty and at times that the Internet was very slow. We will consider changing back to them at a later date once they have the proper infrastructure in place. It is good to have options which we did not have before.

I reached out for a quote and received very rude and unprofessional responses. Not to mention I…read morereceived lies. In the very first message, I was told that they price match - but found out that's a lie. I provided custom plasma install with a lower quote from another company and custom plasma install's response was first "we can fix his work." And then when I said, I'm confused (because he didn't answer my question about price matching that) his response was "[competitor] is wrong on his pricing and must be desperate for work." A competitor quote was too low so they resorted to insulting the competitor. I do not want someone like that in my home.

There are so many well-reviewed TV installers in the Bay Area -- I would strongly recommend…read moreavoiding Paul and this company. Based on my experience, they don't come across as straight shooters or particularly trustworthy. Their rates are also 2 to 2.5 times higher than the next 10 top results on Yelp. Yelp should probably move them lower in their results given how few reviews they received in recent years. When I asked about the price difference, I was told the Frame TV is difficult to install and that they include a "lifetime warranty." The quotes I received from the other installers were all specifically for the frame TV. Reading other reviews on Yelp, it didn't seem like the lifetime warranty carried very much weight with them (Paul and Cary). In the end, the experience felt more like a bait-and-switch than a professional engagement. Maybe the quality of the work would have been fine -- but with so many reputable, fairly priced alternatives in the area, I'd strongly recommend going with someone else. Don't waste your time coordinating with Paul or Cary. I ultimately lost my deposit and could not even report them to the Better Business Bureau because they don't seem to exist outside of Yelp and Nextdoor.

He was the technician sent to my house. Zoom, Zoom and zoom everything was in perfect working order except that the fact they had my service disconnected because I had been trying to get someone out here for over 2 weeks. No shows, no calls. I gave him the options to disconnect my service or have somebody come and fix it and they disconnected my service. She also promised me that prior to disconnecting my service she would have a supervisor call me. No supervisor called me and my service was disconnected unbeknownst to me. At this point, Shamar told me all I had to do was call back in and they would connect me up and I'd be set to go. The Representative on the phone spent almost 2 hours with me trying to make that happen. I finally asked her to please have Shamar come back over because based on what I have experienced he is the only person who knew anything about what he was doing. She said she couldn't promise, but would try. The very next day at 4 o'clock Shear came to my door came in went in the room and the problem was solved in less than five minutes. I think Shamar is extremely good at what he does. He asked questions he's very very polite quick and very sweet. He also talks highly about the company. I don't write very many reviews but in this case I had to!!

Hotwire sends people out but nothing has gotten fixed. I'm the meantime I have had to pay for the service. It's absolutely ridiculous that a company can charge people but NOT PROVIDE WORKING SERVICE!!!!! I constantly send pictures of the picture I experience everyday and I'm a retired disabled veteran. How is this okay????
