I can highly recommend using Specialty with Jeremy. I found out we had a "problem" in our crawl space. I looked at various companies online but kept reading about complaints that many of them have you sign a contract and charge monthly fees. Then I found Specialty Rodent and sent an email asking for an estimate. Jeremy called me the same afternoon and inspected the crawl space for more than an hour. He found the main problem plus other minor ones. His estimate to correct the problems, set traps, clean everything, then remove the old plastic and install new plastic was entirely acceptable. He also set professional bait stations around the house and will monitor those every other month. He specifically does not use signed contracts like the bigger companies. Jeremy and Stacy are the nicest and most professional people we've met. We just bought a house and the inspector told us we had a rodent problem in our crawlspace. I had a bed bug scare over the weekend when I found some things crawling on my bed -- unfortunately I squished and flushed them down the toilet before taking a picture, but Jeremy was able to identify the bugs I found on my bed as carpet beetles with just a picture of an exoskeleton! I got a bed bug check from another company because I was paranoid about having them in my house, and what they found was in fact just several carpet beetles scattered over the side of my bed.
