It took you one year to reply to my original post! =P My original post said, "I signed up through ClassPass." which means I was NOT dropping-in. If you think ClassPass made an error in adding your gym to their list of gyms, you should have made it your mission to be a pest to ClassPass until your gym is no longer in ClassPass' list of gyms. That way, what happened to me did not happen to other ClassPass members. Also, you just insulted ClassPass members by implying that they are NOT serious about their workouts because as you posted, ". . . we [Rogue Training Garage] are a serious facility . . ." which translates that gyms participating in ClassPass are NOT serious facilities. I think, I was pretty damn serious when I had to wake up at 4:50 AM and made it in front of your gym at 5:43 AM for a 6 AM class. =)

I live close by so I don't spend a ton of time in the locker room, but have used the sauna and showers before with no issues. Some of the treadmills have been broken awhile, but they have a ton. I spend a majority of my time on the free weights floor. Overall, for around $25 bucks a month with a year long membership I can't complain much. The staff is friendly, the vibes are solid, there's group classes, bikes, basketball court. I get in, get my workout done, get out.

I would be so grateful if that rule could be enforced again-- it's been a major issue lately, and I am leaving a brief visit with hives and a migraine... again. We all pay for the same membership and access. Enjoying one's sauna time doesn't require the use of pungent oils, but as soon as you start using them, people like me are unable to safely enjoy ours. To my fellow gym members, please be considerate of your peers, and to the 24 Hour staff/management, please make some effort to ensure that all members are able to use the space safely! Since I can't answer back, hopefully the management will see the edit: the canned response isn't helpful, nor do I intend to reach out via your website. I just want to hear that you're actually going to enforce the policy that will make the facility safe and accessible to all your members!

I went online and signed up for the 7 days free promotion. I went in on a Saturday and was greeted by one of the owners, Mark. He was really friendly and upbeat, he even extended my free membership after hearing that the other gym closed. This gym is really clean and seems open/airy. There's no bad smell you sometimes get with gyms (I used to work at one!). Mark gave me a quick tour around. The first thing I noticed is how clean the place is. There's a good variety of machines and weights you can use. They also have a work out room with various exercise equipment and work out videos available. The front area has some lockers where you can store your belongings. I noticed they provide towels and machine wipes too. The other people there seemed friendly and focused on their work outs. The membership is affordable and it's 24 hours, I recommend you give this gym a try! Con: probably the only con I can see right now is because it's a small gym, they only have three single person bathrooms, only two have showers, so if it's busy you may have to wait.

Eveyone else is telling me, too, and I've gone down at least 4 sizes. Trisha is really key in making this work. She's encouraging, she's sweet, and she's not a mean drill seargent, but you will want to do what she says, even though these workouts are really hard. And it's more than the workouts, you also track your food and turn it in every week, and do stuff to get to the root of what you need in order to make changes, you all work together. Don't worry, this is not about you being good or bad...it's just about helping you get where you want to be, and you'll get out what you put into it - you might even find yourself putting more into it than you thought you would! And liking it! This can help you make permanent changes. You are not too out of shape for this. Trisha will meet you where you are. It's totally worth it.

I'm slowly easing off the crutches and feel confident I can and will move forward but will also be able to handle inevitable life setbacks. No other Pilates instructor has ever done that and, while I knew a lot already for a non-medical person, it was fantastic to know for sure what the instructor meant during class instead of making a somewhat educated guess and hoping I was doing it right. The classes are kept small, and are offered in 6-week series. While this seemed inconvenient and off-putting at first, once I started the classes, I understood why they do it this way. Everyone starts out with similar experience level and progresses together through the 6 weeks. And we had fun together! I'd give them 5 stars if only there were more class times and/or weekend classes. But overall I love this place!
