Trees, trees, trees... love them for our shade and the beauty they provide to our homes, but they require TLC. Who can we trust and depend on to take care of our trees? I have trusted and depended on Special Tree Service to take care of all my trees for the past few years. I have several trees on the back hillside, the sides of my house, and the front planters of my house. My favorite tree cutting guy is Armando Castro from Special Tree Service. He came on time to give me an estimate for removing 3 tall trees (stump grinding and all), trimmed and shortened 7 tall trees, cleaned up the hillside which is above a 10 foot retaining wall, and demolish a big concrete planter which was filled with dirt, lots of shrubbery and a tall leaf-filled tree. Everyday, Armando and his team would arrive early in the morning focused and ready to work hard. It was super hot the 4 days that they worked here. Several days, it was over 100 degrees. I admired how Armando and his crew were buffered in clothing to withstand the heat and yet they persevered to work hard in the heat. I thank God that they all survived! Armando is a very skillful, strong, dedicated, and hardworking tree cutting guy. You would be amazed to see him go so high up a tree to trim it or to saw the tree down segments at a time. He is very respectful, courteous, and a gentle soft-spoken man. I appreciate how professional he is.... and he speaks English very well. He is an A+ in my book. Armando leads his team to complete the job perfectly. All his guys are hard workers too. They are organized and complete a certain task one by one. They clean up all their mess too. I do not know how they have the energy to work ALL day from early morning to the evening, then come back the next day ready to work hard again. Armando has the state-of-the-art equipment too. Cool stump grinding machine that he operates with ease and caution. The big chipper truck easily chomped up the branches and debris. The tools, teamwork, and dedication all make a great equation for a job well done! I am very happy with the tree cutting services that they have provided me. I have recommended them to my boyfriend who has used them as well. My boyfriend uses them for his house and his rentals...and my boyfriend recommended Special Tree Service to his brother, so Armando did his trees too! With my planter being demolished and with all the work that Armando and his team did, my neighbors were asking me what the tree guys were doing. Since my neighbors were so curious, I quickly recommended Armando to each of them to help them address their over-grown tree issues. I gave Armando and his team great praises. So, two neighbors on my right and one neighbor on my left hired Armando and his team to tackle their tree issues. They are all very happy with the great quality of service and the very reasonable fee that was charged. I'm sure Armando took care of other neighbors on my block as well, but from my home, I can smile with gratitude as I look at the four houses in a row whose trees are trimmed so nicely. It's as if Armando left his signature for the beautiful "artwork" that he left behind. Hmmm... next time, maybe I will get a referral fee!!! Alberto and his crew did an exceptional job in removing a tree from the property where I live. The crew was hardworking and very professional. It was amazing to see the crew at work removing the tree. They were very careful in to ensure that all turned out well. This company delivered AMAZING service to us in removing two overgrown palm trees. Their pricing was very competitive. Showed up on time and got straight to work. Our neighbor had a giant tree that was growing over our property. It had roots that were damaging our pool. The neighbor hired Alberto to take care of the problem. He and his crew did an amazing job removing the tree/roots, and also cleaning up afterwards. They were efficient, professional, and careful. This company did a great job on my 35' tall evergreen. They carefully and safely removed all branches, ensuring that my roof was untoched. Then they took down the trunk. Once the trunck was gone, they dug out the roots and filled the hole to even out the soil. The whole process took only 2 and a half hours, and the tree was gone as if it never stood there. I shopped around ten separate tree services to remove two large trees on the rear slope behind our house. Given their location, it was tricky work. Specialty gave us the best price and got started right away. The trees are gone. I would recommend this company, and that you shop well. We got our trees serviced today Alberto and his guys did a wonderful job, they took their time to trim both our front yard trees, cleaned up the palms in the back and removed one of the palms that was dying all for a very reasonable price, they cleaned up well and left some of the palm trunks as landscape.
