This was the only adult store that was open. I wanted to pick up something and decided to walk 40 minutes from my hotel. Burn calories, see the city and take care of my shopping needs. This is a two story place, good selection, but mostly DVDs. Who buys DVDs nowadays? So much floor space is wasted... Getting to the bottom floor with the toys. I ask the store clerk to help me. I am debating between two items, as I need to know if its working or not. He refuses to let me test it. I take a chance and buy one he recommends. Hike 40 minutes back to the hotel.... just to open the box there and realize that the item is broken. F@ck! Calling an uber to get back to the store. replace the item. Hike back to the hotel.

Then I tried to find out on my own by asking about the differences in quality between products, but she was equally non forthcoming. On top of that she started attending to customers who came after me . This shop is at a very prominent location on the river quai, next to the old town. The potential for sales could be much higher. But not with service like this
