The first time I brought her in was for my garage...which had basically turned into the "everything goes here" zone. Three kids in sports, a busy life, no energy... you know how it goes. It was overwhelming to even think about tackling it. Kim came in and completely transformed the space in just ONE day. She literally emptied everything out, cleaned the garage so thoroughly, and then walked me through every item to help me decide what to keep or let go of. She was incredibly helpful in guiding decisions without ever being pushy. By the end, everything was organized in a way that actually made sense. I was blown away. Fast forward a year, after remodeling the inside of my home, I called Kim again and she did it all over again, but inside this time. Kitchen cabinets, laundry room, storage, linen closets everything. My most major concern was the very small standard closet that you would find in hotel rooms. it would be my primary closet for my clothing along with other items. I was moving from a walk-in closet that I had had for 20 years.and was concerned that I wouldn't be able to use this closet effectively. There were also very old lighting fixtures that needed to be taken down and new ones hung. At the end of the project that was done in a timely fashion he was able to give me a closet that was able to fit all of my clothing minus some extra large coats. He also hung really beautiful closet doors with frosted glass that added a very sophisticated touch to it. i'm still not exactly sure how I got all of it in there but I'm sure it had to do with some genius organizers that he built into the closet along with extra pole space. Amazing! The lighting fixtures were also done perfectly and overall, I am very pleased with his work. The one thing that you can count on when you buy a old vintage place like this is that all of the work that needs to be done will probably run into difficulties because of the outdated nature of many things as well as increased cost in time. he handled these roadblock quite effectively and professionally without breaking my bank for sure. i will absolutely use eric again.

Later, she explained she had a severe migraine and had gone to urgent care. I completely understand that medical emergencies happen. What I don't understand is why I wasn't notified before the appointment. We already had a scheduled appointment, so I was disappointed that no one reached out to let me know she wouldn't be able to make it. Instead, I waited without any communication. I also reached out to the company at 11:15 AM, but four days later I still had not received any follow up.
