I took pictures of the chipped teeth prior as well. when I returned the machine the associates tried to make me pay additional money for the damage that was already there. I insisted that I notice these marks prior to using the machine and I had pictures of only the chips and not the slice of one on the side. The slice of the one tooth was the issue, but I didn't take a picture of that . The women associate had a smug attitude threw out the whole ordeal. The other male associate took care of the issue with no problem. My main concern was how the women acted, and wasn't pleased by it.

Mike communicated extremely promptly over email. He met with us before the wedding to discuss details. He worked with our unique concerns. Mike touched up the photographs to make a scar on my face unnoticeable. Mike took lovely pictures of my parents dancing at the reception, which I have desired for a long time. We were married in a Catholic church and Mike was extremely respectful of the sanctity of the Sacrament. He has experience photographing Extraordinary Form wedding Masses. Mike also gave us rights to all of the photographs. He gave us a flash drive containing all of the photographs and a Use License. Many photographers do not do this at a reasonable price. I am thankful that I found Mike Banno. I recommend his company, Forward Exposure, without any reservations.

It was a large event venue that provided a large open reception area then a smaller venue for (what was used for this event) an award ceremony. The building was renovated in a clean and updated materials. The fish pond was a unique addition to the reception area! Single stall bathrooms were what we were pointed to for this venue - clean with the typical bathroom amenities but no additional necessities, at least in the women's restroom. Large windows in both room allowed natural lighting, seating was circular tables accommodating 10+ seats. Uncertain if the organization or Goei provided those. Bartenders were kind and friendly. I order my cocktails neat, so I'm not certain if there are mixologists or masters of their trade. Overall, great service.
