Next let's talk about customer service. I had heard it was lack luster so props for the person giving me that message because that was true. This lady approached me saying we don't like pictures here....well ok, thanks for breaking the ice and asking what I would like...ahem....so I proceed to ask her if she carried the smokebuddy, the thing you can use in hotel rooms so you can smoke without an issue. She said yes and pulled out the only one she had in the item. It comes in many colors and styles. I knew the online and retail price already, so I asked her how much was hers and she said.... "I don't know, I need to look it up". Say what????? She then proceeds to come from around the counter to the laptop sitting at this community table in the middle of the room and starts to Google the item and tells me it will be a few minutes. It's clear she is just getting an average price so I wait to see what the final price shall be. Finally she says it's between $29-$35 to which I say....I can get that for $20 online and retail so no thanks. Check your prices on the items you want to buy before you walk in this place. Otherwise be prepared to pay too much.

It seems to be so rare for people to do that for their customers these days. I roll my own cigarettes and the place I was buying my cigarette tubes quit selling the brand I use. I searched half of Jacksonville for these tubes and couldn't find them anywhere. Bummed out, I stopped by here and talked to Yuli and he said that he would absolutely get them for me and keep them in stock. Luckily, I had a photo of the box on my phone I was able to show him. Just as promised, a week later, I went back and Yuli had the tubes. Yay!! He told me he even personally went to the warehouse to choose them because he wanted to make sure the people who deliver them in the future deliver the correct kind. I think that was just so awesome of him! Yuli is such a great guy and now ever time I go in, I'm usually there for at least a half an hour or so because he and I always manage to strike up a conversation about something! I've also had more time now to look around the shop and they really have a great variety of so many different things. The selection of hookahs is great and he carries some really beautiful ones. They go from about $30 to really expensive. There's also a great supply of the hookah stuff you smoke in more flavours than I can possibly begin to mention (different brands also). Hubby and I have decided we are definitely going to purchase a hookah from here in the near future. Yuli is very knowledgeable about the hookahs and he was explaining to me how they work, etc. So, if you want one and you're unsure of how to work them, Yuli can definitely hook you up! There are cigars here too. I don't know really anything about cigars, but I did smoke my first one about a month ago at a cigar bar and loved it. It was a Java Mint flavour and they even have the cigar I like here. You'll also find some things here like body jewelry and Zippo lighters. Everything is priced really reasonably. Thanks to the great customer service, I'll be a regular customer here for as long as this store is in business!
