Absolutely worst! They broke/ damaged over $100.00 in parts to my vehicle. I then bought new parts. ( in hindsight ) even worse on my part. I went back to Sparkle to have them fix it. The manager states, "I don't know how" after attempting for 30 minuets and wasting more of my time. I go home, research how to fix my problem Sparkle created. Best automotive service we have ever had and that's saying something coming from California. I went in for a normal oil change. During the oil change one of the workers bumped my radiator hose, revealing a deteriorated radiator. My first initial feeling was that they need to replace it since they broke it but they allowed me t get out and check it myself. Upon my own inspection, I too noticed the bad radiator which needed to be changed. They called the owner who also inspected and have me options while calling other automotive stores for a new radiator and installation. We found a store near by and Carlos assured me of keeping my car overnight free of charge and driving my wife and I home. He also offered to pick me up in the morning since the parts wouldn't come till the next morning. They were professional, experts in their field and took care of their customer above and beyond the norm. They are the quickest and best to go to. I highly recommend them. read more
