I reached out to New Era Cleaning based on a recommendation from a neighbor who had his driveway…read moreand lanai power washed, sanded, and sealed. Although I was initially exploring options for getting my project done later in the year, Jose got back to me the same day and offered to stop by the very next day to provide a quote. Jose arrived right on time--which, in my personal experience, is a rare treat with most contractors--and professionally explained the entire process and what he does to ensure the job is done properly. He provided a quote on the spot and even offered an incentive for having the work completed during the slower summer months. As luck would have it, I was going out of town the following week, and since we needed to keep our cars off the driveway for three days, the timing worked out perfectly. Jose was able to fit us in on short notice, which we really appreciated. Throughout the project, Jose kept us updated on the progress, and when we returned home, he met with us personally to go over everything. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the quality of the work. The driveway and lanai look fantastic, and the attention to detail was evident. I also had a small additional project--cleaning out my gutters--and Jose was able to take care of that as well for a very reasonable fee. Overall, I am extremely impressed with New Era Cleaning. Great communication, excellent workmanship, fair pricing, and, most importantly, someone who does what he says he will do. That combination is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend New Era to anyone looking for quality exterior cleaning and maintenance work. I will definitely be using them again!

I'm not sure where to begin this review because I actually hired Tim, the business owner, to do two…read morejobs from me. Of course the second job was given to him because of the attention to detail and professional work that was involved. As a retired Army Major I have high expectations and standards and Tim and his crew not only met them, but surpassed as well. The first job I gave to Tim was based on his competitive bid and constant communication for setting everything up. Like all of us, we've had those contractors that basically do the minimum but Tim showed great customer service and it was obvious that he takes pride and cares about his business. When Tim and his crew arrived they were early, friendly and respectful of my property. Tim was on location getting his hands dirty and spent over 8 hours cleaning and sealing my gutters and power washing my very long driveway and parking area. I'm glad as a homeowner that he was able to give me tips on maintenance of the gutters. He even sprayed away some spiderwebs that seem to love the inside of screened in areas of my house. All I know is that All Star is now my go to company for cleaning my gutters and driveway. And spiders too... The second job I had Tim complete was power washing my house that is for sale because as we all know, the green stuff likes to get into all the bricks and pavers if left alone. He also power washed inside the lanai which was in pretty bad shape and recommended that I apply new water based floor paint to freshen up the whole ground. All I've ever known is that people usually apply some type of epoxy that is costly, full of chemicals and will over time need to be refreshed. After applying a single layer of the paint and allowing time to dry, there were areas that showed through and when I mentioned this to Tim there was NO hesitation or any excuses. He swiftly said he'd be back the next to apply a second coat. This is how ALL businesses should conduct themselves. Applying the water based paint came out looking just as good as my epoxy garage floors which the previous owners paid a lot for. I highly recommend Tim and his business for all your power washing needs, gutter cleaning and floor painting. He went above and beyond what I expected!

The unit below us was also kept nice and tidy! They even fixed our sliders that came off track. Now we can sit out in our lanai and enjoy the view! Thank you Tim and Justin!
