My wife and I had ran into some severe dog urination problems in our bedroom. There were over 15…read morestains throughout the room. I attempted 3 different products and went over it about 9x. I found this company on Yelp and decided to give it a try. The owner, Mike, is the one who picked up the phone to guide me through the process. Mike was understanding, ask plenty of questions to my own attempts, and was blunt with his assessment of the situation. He stated they would attempt to get the stains out, but the color of the carpet, my multiple attempts to clean, and the color of the stain would be close to impossible to get up. He was honest and I appreciated that. He got me in the next day and arrived on time. He even called 30 minutes before arrival. Mike and Bill did a great job and were incredibly personable. The stains lightened up a bit, but were still there. They sanitized it and eliminated the smell and that is what I wanted. We originally agreed on $75, but Mike said he was only going to charge $50. I insisted on the original price or to give a $25 tip. He denied and said I could use the extra money to spend on bottles for my newborn. I will be using these guys again because of their demeanor and professional attitudes. Great company!
