This carpet cleaning Company did not meet my expectations. I just purchased a home and wanted to…read morehave the carpets cleaned before I moved all my furniture in. They canceled and rescheduled my appointment twice resulting in my furniture arriving before my carpets were cleaned. On the day of cleaning they arrived in the last 10 minutes of the service window. One of the two Service technicians was quiet and professional. The other, left granules of cleaning product on my kitchen sink and counter; pulled a hose across door frames, wood trim and staircase railings without concern for home damage; tried to sell me used carpet that he had just pulled out of a "old ladies home who only used it for a few months"; used profanity; and left a white residue where my carpet transitions to wood.

When I called to let them know they overcharged me they said the tech should have told me there was an additional $40 "trip charge" that they forgot to quote us. (The house is on the Island, so this is pretty excessive.)The receptionist then became belligerently rude and said it was my problem, not theirs that they forgot to let us know. When I asked to speak with a manager she said there was only an owner above her and they would call me back. This never happened and when I tried to call back they refused to answer or return my calls. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!! Also, the carpet was not cleaned very well. They spent 10-15 minutes tops cleaning a staircase from first to second floor. This was no deep cleaning and we could have done better job with a rental steamer.

My landlord informed me the carpet was left dirty and had a strong musty smell as if dirty water had been used resulting in me, essentially, being charged a second time for further cleaning. I reached out to Service Masters several times about the issue and was very patient. However, I never received a call back upon my last request for one.It it my perception that Service Masters of Corpus Christi values a few hundred dollars in profit more than they do their reputation. I do not recommend them, especially to any of my fellow service members.
