We are from New York and this is our favorite car wash when we're in the Poconos. We have tried the small, timed ones and it was the worst. This is simple and they provide a lot of clean new towels for you to dry off your vehicle. Having the free vacuum is also a plus going to the car wash is a family event for us, my toddler also loves to clean and dry the car with us. Every car wash is an adventure, highly recommend! read more

Go here for the $12 special if they have it. You go through the car wash, no big deal, but then you have access to the vacuum and unlimited supply of microfiber-type hand towels. (Check that these amenities are all availalble, they may change their pricing from time to time, I don't know). During about an hour of giving my well-travelled and rarely washed car a serious massage, I think I stopped counting at about 10 of those towels. At one point, the vacuum got away from me, landing in the shrub planter next to my parking space. Most of the gravel was gone before I could reassert control. Be careful folks! read more

While in the car wash i heard a large bang. When getting out of the tunnel I check my car for a dents. I didn't find anything an hour or so later when the car was dry the one side of my car a bunch of scratches. This was on both side of my car. Because I didn't fill out a report that DAY they will not do anything about it. They have cameras in the tunnel they will not do a thing because I didn't fill out a report that day. I looked on the website I do not see this rule and I been there at many of times I've never seen this. read more

This car wash is a rip. Car in front of me got basic car wash while I got the works. The cars are drawn through the car wash. You have no control over it. We both went through exactly the same time from start to finish. Now tell me, how was I getting the works if I went through the same speed as the person in front of me who got basic wash? waste of money. It lasted only a few minutes and it cost me a bundle. You're better off going through a car wash that's at a standstill, those do a better job. read more

I gave the guy outside a five dollar tip and pulled into the wash. Almost immediately I regret of this because I could hear the cloths from the wash banging against my car and the cloths did not look anything close to being clean like this car wash is not maintained well. When I got out of the wash bay I did a quick check of my car And it looked fairly clean not to the level I'm used to but I wasn't expecting much based on what I saw inside the wash. I did not walk all the way around my car which I should have. Upon arriving home my boyfriend noticed a large scratch on the passenger side on the hood that was not there before this car is meticulously maintained and in mint condition. Unfortunately I live out of state and arrived back in Michigan yesterday to find the Scratch I called and left a message and the owner or manager or whoever I talked to was incredibly rude insisting that they have like 16 cameras that can look close up to see if there was a scratch on the car he said there was not. Here's the thing, I have a lot better things to do than try to get something free from a car wash in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania, I would rather have just come out with my car clean and no scratches on it. I would prefer to not have to deal with this, but now I do.....he basically said they would do nothing for me, and that I'd have to come back and let him look at it, I again said that I live out of state. I understand that they do need to see the car but I guess the issue that I have was that he really didn't seem to care about any of this and insisted that he was right and I was wrong. What I would say to anyone even considering going there don't..... Unless you want to leave with scratches on your car because I have to believe even if your local and they look at it they're not going to do anything for you. Terrible customer service, terrible business and they clearly don't maintain their equipment.
