Specialties

Spark Spanish is a young, vibrant and dynamic language school and cultural residence situated 'off the beaten track' in the beautiful and authentic coastal town of El Puerto de Santa Maria. Our courses provide a combination of in-class teaching and a range of cultural activities and events to ensure that our students thoroughly enjoy their learning experience with us. Included as part of our courses is our cultural events programme which students are encouraged to take part in as we believe activities outside of the classroom form a vital part of the overall language learning experience, and as we are located close to the big cities and the pueblos blancos but away from the tourists, students get to experience authentic daily Spanish life. Our Spanish-speaking staff share our 'Sparkville' cultural residence with our students, bringing people together and encouraging a very friendly and communal atmosphere which makes our residence so popular with our students.

History

Established in 2010.

At Spark everyone has at least three things in common: - A passion for language teaching; - A belief that the process of learning a new language can and should be enjoyable and rewarding. - An awareness that it is the little details that will make our student's learning experience a Spark one. We decided to launch Spark Spanish because as a team we all share a great passion for language learning and, with each of us having a wealth of experience in education, we wanted to offer something different - something more authentic, enjoyable and rewarding with a personal focus on each and every student who joins us. A big part of what makes us different is our range of courses from general Spanish to total immersion and Spanish language holidays, all of which aim to allow anyone, regardless of age and level, to learn the Spanish language.
