Joe has made house calls when necessary and we have taken our van into his shop once he opened it. He has done the winterization of our rv's every fall and we have never had any leaks or broken pipes due to the Alaska winters. I believe Joe has the most integrity of any business owner I have met in the last 25 years. He is always sincere and honest with his responses. And, he follows through and does what he says he will do, a rare trait in today's business world. Joe has an uncanny ability to trouble shoot problems quickly and efficiently. Sometimes, he has solved it over the phone by just asking questions. Very impressive. I have recommended Joe to my friends and they have been ecstatic with his service and knowledge. One friend, who is a DIY' red, had Joe come to his house to help him understand the heating system in his trailer. He told me later he had to demand that Joe give him a bill. Joe wasn't going to charge him for "explaining a few things." That's Joe! I recommend Joe for all of your RV repairs and service.
