I went to this place because it's down the street from my job. It was my mistake for not reading reviews before going. I just went for an exterior cleaning so I stayed in my car the whole time. They took about 15 minutes cleaning everything with soap, rags and power washers, so I thought everything was getting cleaned pretty well. I got home right after and noticed the car still very dirty. What was the point of doing all of the work when it still looks dirty afterwards? More than likely I will not be going back. read more

I was so used to top service here back in the day, for years I took my vehicles (Lincolns and Cadillac) there and always did an amazing job from the time I got there to the time I was handed my keys, so much attention to detail back then. Today I took Moms car in and they did such a bad job on it, there were dirt streaks all around the vehicle, the rims still had quite a bit of dirt on them, they didnt even bother to dry the top, I pointed some of the issues to another gentleman there and he came over to address most of them, still left quite a bit undone, not his fault I was already very dissapointed, the interior was also just as bad, all kinds of streaks on the dash and door panels. Spend another 30 minutes at home cleaning up after them. Will not return for that kind of service. read more

Terrible experience! So I went for the first time for full service and shampoo. It was at there location all day which I don't mind but the "detailed" cleaning was not so great at the end. I still gave them another chance and this time it was terrible!! My vehicle was ready in 20 minutes and it had streaks all over the vehicle and it was not cleaned detailed inside either. There was residue all of the inside. Plus it was very dirty in all the edges and It even had bird poop on the outside. I'm just extremely upset about the service! The only reason why they get one star is because they opened and turned on the car when I was leaving. Ugh!! Never going here again and I love supporting local businesses! But how am I suppose to support if they can do there job correctly? read more

Horrible experience. Person was making ME remove a stain from my carpet because they wouldn't deal with those kind of stains.. The owner then told me to go to another car wash and vacuum under the seats MYSELF. I'm sorry, but what did she think I was paying for? For her to give me advice how to clean my truck and make me clean my truck. UNBELIEVABLE! read more

New owner/manager have a terrible sense of customer experience and business ethics. They lost my car mats and first tried to say the ones they wanted to put in my vehicle were mine. Then, they wanted me to wait until the other customer would bring them back hopefully in the next couple of days. Next, they told me to go buy them and bring them the receipt on my own time. They finally checked online , based on my suggestion, and decided to take it off their workers tips. What an embarrassment of a suppose owner or manager. Rule #1 should be to apologize and do the right thing for the customer and his workers that work for those tips. There is obviously a flaw on their processes that as a business owner he should assume and correct but instead, he decided to take a short cut and just make sure to prevent a loss or revenue. I of course did not accept his options and walked out. Such a short vision of a person that has no skills nor common sense to understand he lost way more than $25 today and in future revenue. read more

First time visit there. Left vehicle and picked up hour and half later. The car was not clean and it had 4 or 5 big scratches and a one long gouge thru to metal. Just below the damage we found long stringy fibers caught in the trim strip making us think the brush caught under the trim strip and caused metal parts to dig into the paint and metal. They denied they caused them and refused to discuss it further. They told us to "just call the police". We use a California duster every few days so are aware of any scratches or dents. We called our insurance company and they said it would be our word against theirs if we pursued a claim. We figure that car wash and detailing is going to cost $500 to $1000. read more

Who would steal a cane? Used it to get in the car. Went to car wash and it was gone when I got car back. Guess it take all kinds.

The owner and manager of this car wash are extremely unprofessional. After damaging a piece of my bumper, on Saturday 1/26/13, I returned to explain the damage to them on Sunday. Neither the manager nor the owner were present at that time. However, the owner's son, was present. I explained the damage to him. Without an apology, he suggested I go to the dealership to get an estimate of the damage and that the car wash would be responsible for paying the bill. The first appointment I could get, which was on Wednesday, 1/30/13, I went. I received the quote and called immediately after the appointment. The manager was extremely rude and indicated he would not pay for the damage and that the owner's son did not know the rules and therefore could not have offered to pay for the damage. I countered that it is not my responsibility to teach the employees of the car wash the rules. He then said I should have gone to them on Monday or Tuesday instead of waiting. I explained I did as the owner's son, whom I had every reason to believe was in full authority, told me to do. He then said I would need to speak to the owner when she was in the office. I called the owner this morning, 1/31/13, to explain the damage. She told me it was my fault that the car was damaged. She then said that any normal person would have gone on Monday or Tuesday to speak to her. When I told her I did as her son told me to do, she said her son would never have told me to do that and called me a liar. In the end, she said she would not pay for any damage to my vehicle. She yelled at me during the entire conversation and threatened to hang up on me, when I asked her to not yell because I was trying to have a conversation with her. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unwarranted. This is not the way to treat customers. I do not recommend this car wash to anyone. read more

Went for the first time recently. The wash was good for not having washed my car for a couple months and also coming from an area with three feet of snow. The car looks clean overall and smells very nice. I got a full service for $21 which includes the vacuum and wash. Great pricing. My only suggestion would be to treat new customers with more enthusiasm. I was kind of lost and didn't know what to do. Also, noticed that there were a few bird dropping areas that didn't get all the way cleaned off but for the price, can't complain too much. read more

THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! I visited Spark-All for the first, and last, time today, June 1, 2015. I took my Suburban in for their premium package, which cost $26. After I paid but before I left, I inspected the Suburban to make sure that all areas were clean and nothing was forgotten. I was pretty pleased until I got to the rear bumper area. There I found that the license plate had been bent in half, and that there were THREE BRAND NEW DENTS in the bumper itself! I immediately showed the damage to the manager, a middle aged, darkly complected woman who seems to be mentally unstable. I couldn't even finish explaining the situation to her before she started shouting over me, claiming I was lying and trying to frame her into being responsible for damages that were not committed by her employees. Nothing could be further from the truth. I was a little ticked off at the damage, but since it wasn't major, I told her that they needed to do right by me since they had damaged my Suburban, and at least give me a couple of free car washes and we'd call it even. She came completely unglued as I said that. She began shouting at me at the very top of her voice, shaking her finger in my face, calling me a liar, and telling me I was trying to rob her business. I don't know how she concluded that I am a robber, considering it was they that damaged my car. At that point I called the Harlingen Police Department to report the damage and to get an incident report for insurance purposes. The officer who answered my call said that HPD was working a major accident on the expressway, and if I wanted a report within the next 3 hours, I'd have to go to the police station and do it there. So that's exactly what I did. As I explained the situation to the duty officer, he laughed and told me they had done the exact same thing to his car several years earlier and that's why he had never been back there. So, if you want a generally clean car with a side of damage thrown in at no extra charge, by all means go to Spark-All. Just be aware that an enraged verbal barrage from the unstable, likely off-her-meds manager will probably be part of this package deal. Or you could go to a place that actually takes care of their customers, provides professional service, treats customers property gently and without inflicting extra damage, and generally does what they're paid to do without providing you with a surprise verbal assault ending up with a trip to the police department.
