Also, the pumps are only one deep, so only one car can fill up at a time, although there are 6 pumps across. Anyway, it makes the queues look massive when they're probably not really. The reason it's my favourite though? It's on my way to work and the petrol's cheaper than anywhere else. And it's that new superduper petrol that lasts longer. And it really does.

As usual, you can buy newspapers, sweets, sandwiches and drinks along with cigarettes and car essentials. (Good for stocking up on the de-icer for the snowy icy weather!) What makes this station so handy however, is that you can buy; LPG Autogas, B30 Bio-Diesel, Calor Gas. Ta-da!

I do, however, seem to end up passing this very handy BP garage, and as a result have filled up here twice rather than go to the one nearest my house. There's not a huge amount you can say about a petrol station, really, but this one is staffed with smiley, efficient people who seem to understand you're in a bit of a hurry (because you've got lost on your way home). As well as having the usual handy little shop, where you can purchase journey snacks, sweets, drinks, papers, magazines, cigarettes and so on, they also offer a car wash service. They can provide a hand car wash, wax and dry service should your vehicle need a bit of a spruce! Petrol was around the 110.9 area and diesel 112.9 when I was last in the area, but as we all know this is subject to change. Interestingly enough, bit of trivia for you, at the time of the google maps images petrol was 118.9 and diesel 131.9! A whole 19p more per litre on the diesel front! Fascinating.
