The queue is formed outside. One party is allowed inside at a time. They have their flavors displayed on picture frames set up on the bench and ground outside. That's how you know what is available that day.
With the length of the line, presumably due to the popularity of the place, I had plenty of time to consider my options. There were three non-dairy ice cream options and that is not counting the sherbet options. I selected one of the non-dairy options and was pleasantly surprised by how creamy it was! I'm impressed!
There are many establishments around this shop but of course you can't sit at any of their tables while you have your ice cream. We found a nearby planter to stop and have the ice cream while it melted rapidly in the heat. Everyone must be doing the same thing because the trash, which was conveniently there, was full of ice cream waste.
