The surface of my dresser is stained from a liquid ring from a rock lamp that started to sweat. Stains and liquid rings are covered, but since my damage was so severe, it's no longer covered and they use every loophole not to replace the furniture. They want quick fixes only, not replacement. This warranty is a waste of money for the cheaply made furniture this place provides. Waste of money.

That's really tough to beat. As well, it doesn't appear to be commission based sales. So there's no pressure and people aren't ready to snipe you as you walk in the door. I like that. My husband said he didn't want the display he wanted one in the box. The employee said that's all they had.
