I needed the furniture before Easter ( ordered in Feb ) then after going back and forth they were finally going to get it to me the 4th right before Easter which is a date that somehow just popped up and wasn't available for a weeks! There are zillions of mattress store options out there, both in person and online. Where to begin? So I began by trying to seek out a locally owned and operated store. That's how I found this place. I ended up being helped by the store's owner; I wish I could remember his name. He was patient with me and not pushy. I already knew I wanted memory foam so he let me take my time trying out different kinds (yes, when mattress shopping you have to actually lie down onto mock beds in the store. So embarrassing). When I picked one (can't remember the model but it is cream-colored with green stitching of images of bamboo), the guy encouraged me to buy a mattress cover for it. I hadn't been planning on buying of those; was he trying to upsell me something I didn't need? He calmly explained what the mattress cover does (keeps moisture, dust, tiny bugs, etc. off your mattress) and showed me a sample of the fabric stretched over top a glass of water. He tipped the glass upside down and the fabric stayed sealed, not a drop spilled. So I bought the mattress cover for an extra $50 approximately, and now years later I'm very glad I did. Now how to get the mattress to my 2nd floor apartment in a different part of town? The guy (sorry again that I can't remember his name) offered to deliver it personally in his own truck for an extra 40 or so bucks in cash. Deal! He came to my place the very next day and helped me to set it up, and kudos for him for managing to make that situation as professional and comfortable as possible (strange man in my bedroom is generally a big no-no). The goal with a mattress is that you won't need to buy another one for many years, but if I ever have a friend who is looking I will send them straight to Louisville Mattress.

Terrible customer service and experience. Bought a mattress and was told there was a promotion for…read morean adjustable bed. "Manager" included free brackets for the bed. Installers show up on delivery day an hour early without a call. I was in the process of taking down the old bed frame. They told me to leave the old bed frame or I couldn't have a headboard as the new bed frame and brackets would not work. While in the process of installing, the drivers told me that the specific mattress that I bought gets returned all the time and that "they don't tell you that it comes in a box" and inflates. Old bed frame stuck out several inches from the new. They told me to wrap a towel around it or duct tape it so I didn't hit my shins. Called the store several days later because the bed looked ridiculous... the old metal frame was sticking out. First person told me to call back another day because the person who sold me the bed was off that day.... The next time I called, the "manager" Andrew stated that the brackets would have worked. I specifically requested different installers this time since the other ones did not seem knowledgeable about the products and also unprofessional. Day 2 installation... Same driver (even though I requested different). Brackets are installed on the bed. Several small pieces (I hope they weren't needed?) were left on the floor. I went to attach my headboard since installers cannot do it since it isn't bought there and it does not line up. My headboard is a standard queen so I am assuming the installers didn't measure when adjusting the brackets to fit. The manual is nowhere to be found or the box so I am unable to adjust myself. I call the store again. The "manager" again was rude and laughed several times at my frustration. He seems completely clueless of the products he is selling and can't answer the questions regarding the brackets. Doesn't know where to get a manual, etc. OVERALL, not worth it. It will take three different attempts for a basic headboard. Everyone was extremely unprofessional. For making a big purchase, I would rather give my money to a more deserving company with better customer service.
