The receptionist asked me if I was ok, if I can walk, if the baby was alive, then went on to ask me what is it that I want from them. Complete arrogance and unprofessional. My daughter was diagnosed with mental retardation and I have been suffering with sciatic nerve damage and depression from this. I still think about these people after all of these years, how horrendous people they are. I had to get another lawyer who told me that trolman are known for selling their cases with insurance companies, give the clients the run around because after a year there is barely any case. I only got $3000 for everything. Hopefully there is a God that sees all.
