Horrible experience at this hotel. Also, its name is now Le Reve De Naim. None of the pictures of the rooms are what you actually get. I paid for a wellness room, showed a luxurious bathroom and room set up. Nothing about my room was "wellness". It had a weird smell, the AC/heating didn't work, and just overall didn't feel safe. I was there for less than 30 minutes. This place isn't a 4 star hotel by any means. It's a 3 star at best. read more

My husband and I booked this hotel and had to pre pay for it entirely back in June 2024 for our early December 2024 stay ($1900 USD for the week in Rome). We were not told that the hotel name changed and that the hotel was under construction prior to check in. We were also not given the same room that we had initially booked and saw in the pictures on the website. All of the pictures on the website were extremely deceiving! The hotel room had a bad odor, the AC did not work, and the hotel room was extremely run down. The pictures on the website did not reflect what the hotel was actually like in person. We were concerned for our safety and had hygiene concerns. The hotel staff bringing our luggage up were foreign and not in a uniform. My husband and I ended up leaving 30 minutes after check into stay somewhere else because we had such a bad feeling about this hotel. The hotel staff offered us to change rooms but our experience was already tainted and we did not want to stay here. Needless to say, they would not refund our reservation given our valid reasons not to stay. Their customer service is terrible. Most hotels only take a small deposit 1-2 weeks before the reservation. They had us pay the entire reservation in full in June! I should have known this was a red flag right away. I'm really upset and hoping our credit card company will reimburse us. Please do not stay here. read more
The accommodations we booked were not as they appeared on the website. We upgraded for $50 € / night and have a much much better room. Huge apartment sized with two full WC/showers in both (no tubs). The bed is magnificent. So comfortable. No views and hotel is on a crowded street in the main tourist/shopping area. Needs a tub and room service to make it a 5. read more

Came with high hopes. Best thing about this hotel is the location. We are a short 10 to 15 min walk from most things. Getting inside the hotel after a long flight from LA was tough. You have a ring a bell at the huge green door to get to another green door. Well. It took about 15 mins to get buzzed in. Once you have a key it's easy. But right after a long flight..: bleh. Check in on the fourth floor took longer than we thought it should. Also the guy who took our bags up to our room had nothing showing he worked for the hotel so we didn't want to just leave our bags with a random guy who came up to us after finally getting passed the door. How about a polol shirt with the hotel logo at least Spagna. Well. We were shown to our room. And although we were upgraded we were told that we could not use the soaking tub. Pros: The room was clean and neat but had a funny order. I chalk it up to being oldish. Quiet rooms are a plus. We didn't use the breakfast but it smelled great. Rooms were also big even for US standers. Great location. Rooms were always cleaned when we came back from an outing. Comfy soft beds as well Cons: Reception was hit or miss. Either very friendly or it seemed we were bothering them. Room never got quite cool. Not hot by any stretch but never cold. Even at night. Only one of the air conditioners Seemed to work. No dressers in the room. Only able to hang things. And it was not until the last day that we got the welcome message with instructions on how to use everything in the TV. Better late then never I guess. I would probably try another hotel in the same area as there are ALOT at this price point and cheaper. But I would not say avoid this hotel. Hope this helps you decide. read more

We arrived in the evening to this hotel! The location is 10 stars!! It's just around the corner from the Piazza Di Spagna (Spanish Steps)! There is a lot of shopping around and it's a walking distance to Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon! The hotel's front desk is on the 4th Floor! I upgraded the room since I know European rooms are known to be VERY small in size! The room was still small but we made do because it's apart of the experience! Our room was newly remodeled! It was very quaint and comfortable! You have a mini-bar! No room service! Our only complaint was the shower head was clogged so it sprayed in random directions! But they had a second hand-held shower so we used that instead! We could have said something but we had a packed schedule and weren't planning on staying in our room much! They offer a delicious breakfast on the third floor! We ate here every day as it was a part of our room package! The elevator was so cute and tiny! Barely fits 3 people! The staff was very helpful! They even offer you a cell phone to take around while you're in town! They gave us an umbrella to use and we had free WiFi! read more

Our stay at the Hotel was one of the most shocking we have ever had. We returned from breakfast and there were 3 strangers in our room, one whom said he as the owner. They said they went to look at the closet for maybe an additional door they wanted to add. We were not asked for this entry. they girl at the front desk said she called and there was no answer so she thought we left. All our personal belongings were out so they should have know we hadn't checked out. It was 2 hours before check-out. This was both and invasion from a safety perspective, we had money and passports in the room, and a personal privacy perspective. The hotel staff were not willing to listen or help and just told us it wasn't that big of a deal. we had started packing and I had bras and under wear on the bed that these men were able to see. Why they couldn't wait until we had left I have no idea. I remain so shocked and really disjointed in their behaviour. read more

Lovely hotel with a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. Very central. Room was very clean. However an iron would have been appreciated as well as tea/coffee in the room. read more

Probably my worst hotel experience. Bed is too firm, verging on wood hard. Pillows too hard. Bathroom is uncomfortable; especially the toilet seat is absolute shit. Bath products are bad. Towels are as old as the colosseum. Staff was helpful and polite but that's besides the point. Overall bad experience - I blame the inaccurate rating on Priceline where I made my reservation. read more

Stayed here for two nights in Rome. Not sure why it had high reviews on Priceline. Front desk is very helpful but the hardware needs more upgrade. The bathroom is not comfortable with square stool to sit on. Takes 10 minutes to have hot water. The towel is so rough that I doubt it is 10 years old. Do have sound proof and a little balcony. Smallest room is only 192 ft so you can imagine. Their advertisement is for their best suite right at the Spanish steps but you are not going to get that suite what you are getting is overpriced plain room. read more

I went from thinking of giving them two stars to 5 stars. They were nice, helpful, clean room but what it got me that I asked them to check out at noon instead of 11am they said 50 Euro. I did not like that. So am giving them 4 stars. read more

That's a beautiful hotel in a amazing place and they have really kind and helpful stuff. I'm really enjoy my accommodation. Room was very clean and the bed is so comfortable. I like rooms view, we can see Frattina ( I'm not sure the street name) street. Unlike these, our room is too small for 2 people. read more

I had a lovely stay in the annex building (family suite). We had plenty of room to enjoy our time in Rome. The location is close proximity to shopping, restaurants, taxi, and Metro train. We walked during morning rush hour to the Spanish Steps within 15 minutes. We experienced no issues and would recommend this hotel and location to all visitors. The hotel experience was excellent. The ladies greeted and treated as very well. Everyone spoke English so all instructions and information was clear and correct. The team here is very accommodating and made us feel like we were home. I look forward to staying at Spagna in the future. I wish them much success. read more

I enjoyed staying here as the staff was really nice. I got to the hotel at 11:30am and they let me store my luggage while I walked around and explored the city. Once it was 2pm, they helped me to my room and it was just perfect. I didn't have any issues finding the location as I had my google maps guiding me as I walked from an airbnb that was over a mile away which I stayed at the night before with some friends. The room was great and was very comfortable. It is on the smaller side if you are used to large hotel rooms but being from NYC where hotel rooms are generally smaller, the room was just the perfect size for two people. I loved that the outlets are right by the bed which allowed me to charge all my devices while I rested on the bed. I had a corner room and I was able to see what was going on outside in 2 different directions. The location was perfect. I was able to walk to the pantheon in 10 minutes, the Spanish steps in 2 minutes and the Trevi fountain in 8 minutes. Everything was really close as well as the metro if you wanted to go to vatican city or termini station and transfer to see the colloseum. The breakfast that they have available was also great, eggs made to order with a self service station with fruits, cereal, cold cuts, toasts and pastries. I would definitely stay here again for the location, friendliness of the staff and room. read more
