The tellers have always been extremely friendly and very helpful. Usually it's not a long wait…read moreeither. I appreciate them a lot. I recently had a Trust packet done, which included a Will as Trust do and made an appointment to have it done. I mistakenly stated Trust thinking they knew it contained a Will as Trust do. My bad they had no clue. I was told they'd have their own witnesses, but they refused to sign anything that went with the Will. My parents bank, TD Bank did so with their own witnesses without an issues, a year ago. One of the employees then looked through the Trust and stated it wasn't filled out and if they notarized it and witnesses signed it I could not write anything on it. I had spoken with my parents as well as the kind people who put together the Trust for me at no charge who told me I did not need to fill anything out. I was told by the bank ladies I even needed to fill out Schedule A, B, and C or couldn't make changes. These are things that have to do with pets, personal belongings, services after death, etc. I mentioned that those say to make extra copies in case I want to add anything or change anything and they claimed I'd need an addendum and have it notarized again each time. That is false. There is no place on Schedule A, B, or C that says for a notary or witnesses to sign as she should have seen when flipping through the pages. My parents had none of that filled out beforehand and it was signed blank and they filled it out later. Some they still haven't filled out. Unlike the claim that is legal. I didn't fill in bank accounts to transfer to the trust because it stated each bank is different on how they want to do that. So I didn't dare add it beforehand. I possibly may be switching banks due to this problem. I am highly disappointed in the Wells Fargo Branch on Cheney Highway in Titusville, Florida. I sent an email to the Associate Personal Banker, Nikki, as well, who was there and she agreed with the other two. They need to do some research.

I never was greeted I had to ask for help. A lady with an English accent (Kiera?) sat down to sit with me and explained to me that it was all my fault and that I should get a credit card so that way I can swipe my card any where and never have to worry about fees. I felt like I was being talked down to, and in addition she made several rude comments like "in my opinion you over use overdraft privileges and u don't deserve any refunds or help". Regardless of my situation you do not say that to a customer. She made me feel like I was a criminal . I was charged four overdraft fees for minuscule charges. They refused to help me and the manager never even came to talk to me even when I requested to speak to one . The manager - Rachel Bentley only would speak to me over the phone . After debating on closing my account I attempted a different Wells Fargo location hoping for help and advice . The location on Eau Gallie is amazing and actually sat down to help me figure things out . DONT GO TO THE SATELLITE BEACH LOCATION!

I do my own research before I bring an issue to them, so I am usually aware of what they can provide, its nice when the people you are dealing with are as knowledgeable about what you are trying to accomplish as you are, and this is typical for Chase (not so much other banks). I have worked with other banks where they gouge you with as many charges and fees as they can think up, Chase has not done that to me and that's why I've been with them for over a decade despite multiple moves, investments, and other bank accounts.

Thankfully, I am NOT a Community Connect CU client, but my wife wrote a check for $40 to a friend…read more(one of their clients), knowing we had well over $10,000 in our account with another local credit union. Her friend cashed the check and Community came back and said the check was from a branch/account that had been sold! They then took the $40 back and hit them with a $30 fee! Her friend contacted us on Friday and I immediately called our credit union (which is GREAT!) and they said their system does not even show that an attempt was made to cash our check and that there would have not been an issue because we maintain a substantial balance in it. So, the issue is NOT with our credit union. Next I called Community, told their rep of the issue and that our CU says all is well on our end, that the issue is at Community and requested they re-submit the check. I was told they "do not do that" and it is our CU's issue! I requested they contact our CU and speak to the rep I had, but she said she would not. So, Community basically threw THEIR customer under the bus! I contact my wife's friend and told her everything and they somehow got a printout from Community and forwarded it to me. As both CUs were closed over the weekend, I did some of my own investigating and discovered one potential "error" on that printout. On Monday morning, I spoke to our CU again and still not attempt to cash that check, so I called Community again. The original rep, who was completely uncooperative on Friday and answered, and I requested to speak to a manager. A different person got on the phone, I explained everything again, and I got the same response that the issue is with our CU. I firmly disagreed and said it IS a Community issue, they threw their customer under the bus, they need to look at it on their end and contact the rep at my CU and then call me once Community resolves the issue. Of course then I was told I was "nasty"...well, I I do not handle ignorance and poor servce well. That was 9:10AM today (Monday) and I never received a call back from Community and nor did our CU. However, our friend did get a call in the later afternoon that all is OK now! My recommendation to anyone who uses Community is to get out of thre and go to a financial institution that HELPS its customers and makes working with them enjoyable as Community certainly does not do either.
