Today was my first time ever coming here. I got a gel builder fill in and a spa pedicure. I'm not sure of the lady's name that did both for me, but she did a fantastic job. I had a great experience today and will definitely be back. There's no need for an appointment as they do walk-ins but they have so many people working at once, there was absolutely no wait for me even though there were a ton of customers already getting services. I would definitely recommend this place! read more

Hi, hello. I came in last week Tuesday with my mother to get manis & pedis and got a gel manicure with design. The pointer finger was chipped that same evening. I came in the next day, Wednesday, about an hour before closing, and you repaired it. By Thursday, the same pointer finger And the thumb nails were chipped. By Friday, more nails were chipped. I was not in the area and could not come back for additional repair. Today, the pointer finger on my other hand is now chipped. I am not happy about this! At all! read more

i went in to get a 65 dollar pedicure(no add ons nothing special just a regular pedicure) and walked out with a 107 bill and all they did was use a bit of powder to fix my split toenail i can understand up charge a little but 107 is crazy, they are definitely frugal and money hungry read more

The worst pedicure I've ever had and I'm old. She filed my polish off so much I had to stop her because my toe was in pain. I had to stop her because she was using the wrong color. There is nail polish all over my skin. read more

When I got to the car 3 of my nails were bleeding and under the nail of my right thumb it feels like I was cut.

Not customer service friendly at all.m, although significantly more expensive than other nail shops in the area. Would not recommend. read more

I went there for the first time and paid $15 for polish. I bumped one toe and went back and asked them to repaint one nail and I would pay for it. They were rude and refused to fix it! Guy said I told you to wait 30 minutes. Well sir I don't have to ever go back. I will drive to Signature Nails in Rocky Mount before I go back to Spa Nails. Learn some customer service. read more

Management allowed tech-Ben & receptionist at front desk to talk to me like I was a dog yesterday!!!! Unacceptable. I only paid for service out of the kindness the manager showed me. He was willing to fix my concerns but I refused to go back there & will never go back here-EVER!!!! read more

Awful. I always tip $10-$20 regardless of how terrible the nail job is but this will probably be my last time giving them a chance. My toe nail polish is lumpy, it's gel and cost $40. My mani was the worst. Did not look like what I wanted at all. To be fair, the nail tech said they didn't have the yellow I wanted but it went beyond that. It was the technique that was off. Nails too square and wide. Before painting over them they Asked for payment. I've only ever paid after the service was complete so I felt a bit of racism here. Or at least lack of consideration for the customer. I felt like a piece of cash to them. Not a customer. Paid $144 trying to practice self care and make myself feel good to walk out feeling hideous and robbed. When I go, the polish usually chips as other users have said but I usually try to stay loyal to a place I patron. Never again. They might come on here trying to defend but think for yourself, reason with their response and ask yourself for $144, would it be acceptable? Life is too short for crappy service and crappy manicures. read more

From out of town and took my niece here for nails before her dance on Saturday. I got a gel manicure for myself and by Sunday night one fingernail completely peeled off. It's now Monday & 2 others peeled up in the shower. I paid a total of $85 for her full set and my gel manicure for mine to not even last 2 days. And of course, I can't go back and have mine fixed because I'm over an hour away. So I just wasted money. read more

Man. I asked one simple question can you not file my real nails with a drill. He lazily removed the nail polish because I asked to not use the drill. Then got mad and ruined my nails only to say he couldn't fix them. Another lady did them making sure to burn cuticles in the process. I will just do my own from now on. This is my second visit where the wait is 3 and a half hours when I was initially told 30 mins. Smh. Bad experience my nails look uneven and you can see the polish from my last nail visit because I don't wear polish. Just lazy work. read more

I had a manicure and pedicure.the man that did this is very well.i don't know his name. he is an older man.he is very meticulous that everything is perfect.he constantly asks if I am doing ok.he is very skilled at what he does. I am very happy with his service. read more

The nail techs were really nice. Greet you upon arrival and respectful to everyone that comes in, but they're overpriced for quality of service. I had to instruct nail tech on technique to use to properly line my nails for French manicure. Even while using the correct technique he was unable to draw the line correctly. I went in for the first time to get a fill in. A fill in for myself and my daughter should not have cost $100 & I'm comparing that price to the price of a nail shop nearby named Tiffany's. read more

By far the worst nail service I have ever received and I get my nails done all the time for years. This was my first time coming to this place. I am in town from Alabama visiting family and wanted to come and get my nails redone. When I walked in, I was initially told it will be a 15 min wait which turned into a 30 min wait. That was no problem because all nail salons can be like that and they were busy. Instead of waiting in the chairs by the door they had me wait at a station. I had asked to soak my nails off because my natural nails are thin and fragile but long. After waiting for 30 mins, the woman who sat at station one called me over. I thought she was going to give me the stuff to soak them but she said she wanted to remove them really quickly. I had asked her if we could keep my real nails at their length fit which she said no then preceded to forcibly and roughly remove the dip powder from my nail bed with a plastic nail tip. I told her on the first nail it hurt but I was either ignored or she didn't hear me. She ripped all the nails off so quickly and forcibly that part of my actual thumb nail was ripped off. I got up to wash the blood from my thumb and when I can back, another woman was sitting in my seat and the worker who just ripped my nail had already started working on that customer. I didn't get offered a band aid or any antiseptic for my thumb and I had to ask someone else as clearly that lady was done with me and all she cared about was removing them quickly. For the whole 30 mins I was waiting I could have been soaking them like I had initially asked for. Not only that but I had left my phone and keys at her station so I would not get water nor my blood on my stuff. When I returned I saw she has moved my stuff completely to somewhere I wasn't going to be just for the next customer which angered me even more. I was only gone for about a minute. She had me move on the a pedicure station with no discussion about what to do with my ripped and torn nails because I obviously can't put dip powder on my thumb until it heals. The man who started on my toes is the one who I asked for a bandaid. I was asking him about the condition of my nails and what the lady would do to fix them. He agreed it's best to get all ten nails done at the same time (I could only get nine done now) but he didn't know what they lady would do to fix the problem she made. I was irritated to hear this but in his defense he may not work with finger nails so I understood. However, as he was taking the gel polish off my nails, he left the drill to long in one spot where it burned and I jerked my foot. He asked if it burned and I said yes and he apologized but that was it for me. I was done. The customer service I experience was terrible and reckless. Although they seemed nice, It's was nothing of quality. I had the man stop his service and tell me the charge. I paid my $20 for nail polish removal and walked out. I hope you all don't provide this type of service for everyone. read more

This place does awesome pedicures but not so much for fill ins, full sets, etc. The owner does great designs and my toe nail polish lasts for over 3 weeks without chipping. read more

Messy! The whole place was messy. The girl who they sat me with to do my nails walked off for extended periods of time without saying anything and she kept playing with her cell phone. I got gel polish which she painted all the way down to my cuticles so now that they are growing I have a ridge that catches my hair. I will not be back. read more

Exceptionally happy with my service!!. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and they got me in quick. I'm not picky when it comes to pedicures and I've never left a negative yelp review about any establishment but my experience here was terrible and people need to know. Pedicures should not be painful and not only did it hurt while the man was doing everything, my feet were throbbing and discolored afterwards. He cut my nails exceedingly short (and crooked) to the point of pain and then filed them which made them even shorter and hurt even more. His fingernails were long and sharp and picked at my already tender toes. His idea of a foot and leg massage was punching them and his sharp nails kept scraping me. The place itself was cluttered and had an awful smell. This was the most un-relaxing experience I've ever had and I would highly recommend going somewhere else. read more

I passed by here on the way to Walmart a few days ago and decided to come back and check it out. Bad idea. As soon as I walked in, I could smell the illegal MMA. For those of you who don't know, MMA is a type of acrylic that was made to create dentures or bridge fillings. It is illegal to use on nails. It's very cheap and that's why many shopping mall nail salons use it. Nail salons should not stink so bad, but when they do it's the smell of MMA. Also when powder is inside of a plain container with just sharpie written on top, that's a sign of illegal powder. Acrylic nails also should not be hard to take off and shouldn't leave your natural nails looking horrendous, but MMA powder does because it's so hard amd heavy. So I sat there and waited for about 20 minutes before a man took me back to his station. The first thing I noticed was that all of the drill bits were very used, so used that they wouldn't even work on my nails. It took three drill bits before we actually started. Nothing was clean and opened right in front of me. He drilled down my natural fingernails too much and broke skin on two fingers. He was also using a paintbrush type of brush that was way too big to apply acrylic. He didn't ask me what shape I wanted and just gave me squoval. My nails don't look terrible but I feel terrible knowing I supported a business that is using illegal products. I hope my nails will survive until I return home to a good salon! read more

In August of 2013, I went here to get my eyebrows waxed. The lady who normally does my brows was busy so I went to another person in the salon. He completely waved my eyebrows off. I was distraught and it took over a year for my eyebrows to completely grow back. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

I was visiting the area from out of town for the holiday and wanted to have my feet, nails and eyebrows done. The guy that performed the services did not wear gloves while performing services. Took a phone call on his cell phone in the middle of my service. Was on the phone for about five minutes before continuing to perform services on my feet. Had a family member with me, she was suppose to had gotten her feet, eyebrows and nails done. After completing her feet, they sent her back to the room for her eyebrows. She waited 15 minutes for someone to comeback and did not . When she mentioned it, they said they would send someone back immediately. She waited an additional 10 minutes and still no one came back. At this point, the family member cancelled the remaining service of her nails and eyebrows and paid for just her pedicure. I should have done the same but I stayed and had my nails done and opted not to get my eyebrows done based on the poor service the family member received. I was charged $70 for pedicure, fill and to have three nails repaired. In my home state, I have never paid that much for those services. ( I don't even pay this much for a pedicure, new set (gel) and eyebrows and tip in my home state ) I. When questioned about the charge. He said that the repaired nails were $15 each. I will make a point next time to go to the nail salon in my home state before traveling. I will not be going back to this place for services even though I frequent he area often. BE AWARE if you are not local, they are RIP OFFS!!!! Futhermore, I notice two days later that a fungus was developing in one of my finger nails, probably due to their unsanitary conditions and not cleaning and sterilizing their tools between clients. read more
