Worst experience one could have had at a salon. So ill try she was freshly out of a wheel chair because she was hit walking her Son to school and wanted to get her hair done to feel little like she did before her traumatic event. So she scheduled her appointment not realizing whose salon it was she was best friends with owners husband maybe ex by this point and hated my friend with a passion, but once she made it to her appointment she realized and seen Jenn they said if cancel they charge half for balayage she scheduled her appointment. For and cute trim on ends and so they proceeded amd had her sign form put color corrector on her hair at around noon or 11 and left it on until about 7 or 8 pm. Then. Charged her $700. And laughed because the girl Jenn had do that to her hair said she can actually pulled it off when ends frizzed so bad they had to cut it off like a boy to the ears and my fiance didn't like confrontation and left and cried few our family and friends called Jenn requesting money back she blaimed it on the one who worked for got her own salon now.She said to contact her, and she was one to hold responsible! So honestly no I would not recommend this place ever to anyone very unprofessional.

Gabriel Hanson aka Gabby the queen of hair growth - has been absolutely instrumental in helping my…read morehair grow healthier, longer, and stronger. I've never had someone care this much about the actual health of my hair while still making it look amazing every single appointment. She's helped me repair damage, maintain growth, and build a routine that actually works instead of me just aggressively hoping for the best. Every appointment feels collaborative, supportive, and honestly therapeutic at this point. On top of being insanely talented, she always has the best attitude and creates such a fun, comfortable experience in her chair. I trust her completely with my hair and could not recommend her more.

The gentleman who gave me a foot massage was very good. He didn't speak much English but he was…read moregood to check in and make sure the pressure was ok. The thing that I didn't like was when I went to check out-the woman asked me how much tip I wanted to leave for my $60 foot massage. I said "$5.00"! She said "oh that's too low-you should do 20 percent!"... When I asked her if I got to pick the tip Amount she said yes so I said ok I would like to do $5. And she said "how about $10! Is that ok?".... Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmm! I live off of tips (and trust me door dash customers do not tip very well-there is that rare customer but we get $2-$3 tips regularly and we are using our own gas-so I think a $5 tip when you are already being paid for the service is a kind gesture) but tips are luxuries and so I don't complain when I get even a $1 tip (which happens a lot)... so when did it become "ok" to ask someone for more? I could never do this to a customer... If I had the nerve I'd ask for my $5 tip back.. but I'm not that brave... #chicken
