I call Joy and she call me back within two hours and we set something up. She is very calm and sweet. She took time to figure out exactly what I wanted. I asked for a combination of Reiki and massage so I never knew quite what she would be doing which was nice. The first time she touched my feet it was like I was given a drug in surgery, so relaxing. She let me pick an essential oil to use, I chose sandalwood Young Living. She also gave me a choice of what kind of massage oil. She even gave me a choice of what music! She asked multiple times whether the pressure was OK and it was good, I asked for deep pressure. She has very slow tempo which I've never experienced before, but it was nice. I would say she leans more to the relaxation than therapeutic massage. She didn't spend as much time on my injury as I would've expected at a chiropractic massage establishment, but it was very relaxing. With all 3 massage the therapist talked almost non stop about a wide variety of topics which included their families and politics. I think that both Heather and Lucy are quite skilled technically and really seem to "know their stuff". However, it was very difficult to relax with the constant chatter. Also, they both respond to phone calls during my massage. They had the office phone transferred to ring in the massage room so I got to listen to all their calls. Lucy had to excuse herself to use the bathroom in the middle of my massage. All in all I was very disappointed in the experiences and will not be going back.
