He takes a clean pan from the stack behind him, puts in tomato sauce and some fresh tomato, gets a tuperware of cooked pasta out of the fridge behind him into the wire basket, which is lowered into boiling water for just under a minute, tossed into the pan, swirled around and into my takeaway box. That all took under 5 minutes and I had a fresh pasta to rival the 12 Euro pastas I could have purchased in this area. If you are in a hurry and need lunch, forgo the sandwich / bagel and get a box of fresh pasta.

If you like a sweeter dessert, I'd recommend the diced pancakes. I wouldn't mind going back and it's in a nice spot in Köpenick.
