We had all of his paper work for times like this and he refused to look at them. I informed him its a federal law that he cant refuse entry ... He said he didn't care. What the, ? When the Japanese-Americans in the western states were forced by the US government to relocated into concentration camps during WWII, the local populations stepped up to defend the Japanese-Americans so that they didn't have to relocate. The lutienant said that they never act with misconduct. I was recently involved in a car wreck and the vehicle stopped spontaneously in the middle of traffic to do a uturn. The police report said that the other vehicle was stopped waiting in traffic. That was not true and even though I came forth with witnesses they denied the truth. This is not the first time this has happened. I had met a man. His family is a good family. He told me of how his brother was ina situation. He said that his dad asked the cop to let him into the room to talk to his brother but they did not allow him in to talk to his son and they shot the man's son shortly after. He died. What a tragic thing that happened. I believe him because I have seen them lie on their reports. They lie to protect their friends.

Inside the rest room, therere was plenty of space, toilet paper, hand soap AND pan flute music. Rest area has vending machine, enclosed dog area and a beautiful rock formation for pictures. The only things missing were a dinosaur bone and free coffee (available I 40 Westbound). I will definitely be back and make it a point to stop here.
