Other places can simply cross this out, but they won't do that here. I found the representative a little off-putting. I was simply asking questions and she started to get an attitude. For example, saying "Do you want me to call fedex down the street to see if they'll do it?" then after I clarified what she meant/why fedex could do it but she couldn't, I replied "yes, let's see if fedex can" and she said "oh so you want me to call? Well I'll have to google the number". It was more how she said things than what she said.

Wells Fargo was so conveniently located. When the woman in the drive-through saw where my deposit slip was from she told me that she was praying for us and that she hoped I was well and safe. You don't get treated like that in Florida. It's so nice to be back in this beautiful historical town. They fought the Civil War here. My experience at this location was amazing. To start, there wasn't a line, and the front desk staff was super friendly. I initially went in to deposit some funds but also had a question regarding a business debit card that I never received. The teller was able to assist me more than any other location has over the last year and a half. I've visited several locations, and the warmth and customer service I experienced here really stood out and they were able to help me with my issue.
