A staff member called our dog's name, told us to weigh him, then walked away without assistance. My husband and I are allergic to cats and were already having reactions--we had been sitting outside because of this--but no one gave us guidance or told us to step back out once she returned and took our dog without explaining anything. Overall, the experience was confusing, stressful, and lacked basic customer service. We will not be returning. If I could give zero stars I would.

We visited another dog trainer in the area who told us we should either put on a shock collar or consider adopting her out!! We couldn't believe it! We called New Levels Dog Training and talked with Linda. What a great conversation! We discussed our troubles with whining and the frustration with other trainers' suggestions. She came to our house and immediately began helping us. Her techniques and advice really helped and we saw improvements right away. After a weeks worth of testing out Linda's suggestions, we had a new dog! The whining was nearly eliminated and our house was calm and relaxed again! Linda was also kind enough to call to check-up on us! What a great experience and sound advice! :)

The daily rate is pretty good but they do charge and discount for seemingly random things. When I dropped him off the staff seemed nice. Over the stay, I didn't hear anything from them about him. However, the day I went to pick him up, they called me to say there had been blood in his stool all week and that they didn't call because this was pretty normal for dogs being kennelled. I was concerned that they didn't let me know but I took them at their word. I figured as long as he didn't show any other signs or symptoms we would be okay. When I arrived, I put my dog in the car. It was unlike him but he jumped over the seat and got loose and began running around their parking lot and in the street. I was terrified. Thankfully the staff came out to help me and we were able to get him before anything happened. I wondered if he was acting out or if he'd just become accustomed to playing outside while being kenneled. It was unusual behavior to be sure. I booked their services again but then canceled due to COVID-19. The staff was very accomodating in light of the circumstances and allowed me to cancel without penalty. I was hoping to use that visit to make a more conclusive assessment of their services. For now, 3-stars will have to do.
