Will never use this company again. They lack compassion and can be down right rude. When I first moved into the house I rent I ran out of gas on the weekend and called the only propane company that I know, turns out southland owns my tank and didn't like me using my own company. They came out to my house to fuss at me saying I can only use them. Come to find out the gauge on my tank was bad, their solution was to tap it with a hammer and then take a reading. Eventually after fussing enough they came and replaced the gauge. There have been times where they have forgotten to run my credit card for payment then get upset when its past due. There was even a time they forgot to deliver gas when I had ordered it. Oh and the thing is I only use propane for my heater so when they forgot to deliver it that meant I had no heat during the winter. My parents have had similar issues with them at their house too!
