I was excited until I called to ask a few valid questions questions and the person who answered the phone was completely rude with me and the conversation went South real quick and all I did was inquiring about how an establishment worked I simply asked if it was busy there he told me that was asking illegal questions as if I was referring to solicitation he used the word solicitation, not me that was the furthest thing for my mind. He goes on to tell me that single females can't come in the establishment, which I did not know so ding ding ding. There's one question that I needed to know that I wouldn't have known otherwise if I did not call to inquire. Second, he tells me there's a $20 charge to get in which I also didn't know and I wouldn't have known if I hadn't called to inquire There was no reason to be rude to me. I genuinely was interested in visiting and wanted to find out more about it, which I did thank goodness I didn't drive the hour before I called, but I never expected to be treated as if I was insinuating some type of illegal behavior The questions asked were valid and he was rude right off the rip. I even called back to tell him I didn't like the way the phone call went and I hope he didn't think I had any ill intent because I was genuinely Just interested in visiting and he said how about this just go visit another adult bookstore hung up on me. The bouncers are straight crack heads who will steal your money when trying to "change out" your higher bills. $50 was stolen when trying to change out for $1 bills. Bouncer continued to throw me out of the club because I called them out for stealing my money. They stated "im full of shit" which is lovely customer service and threw me off the flight of stairs, continued to start a brawl and punch me in the jaw, chipping my tooth. I hope the best for all who step foot through these doors because out of towners get taken advantage of. Very disappointing experience to say the lease. Expected more from the "best" strip club service in the state of West Virginia. I'd trust a Deja Vu before going back here.
