It's a very small office with just one Dr and no nurses that I've seen. Dr Sigler does it all he takes a deep interest in every patient as I spoken with some in his small waiting room. Be prepared for a long wait which you can be certain is well worth your time. Previous Drs I've seen,,, or should I say rarely seen have their nurses do all the work start to finish.
