I was extremely taken back at the level of customer service! Searching for a part for my safe, after hours on a weekend- I used their instant chat service. I was able to explain what was needed, took pictures to ensure correct part. Within hours was notified that they had the part and was sending it to me. I asked about payment and was told that they were able to get one for me free of charge! Wow! I didn't expect that! Part showed up and it works great! I will definitely be doing my business with them! read more
