When I got home from work one Friday and found the flyer from Cheap & Great Tree Services in my mailbox with a "Free Stump Grinding with Purchase" coupon, I immediately showed my husband. We had two trees removed previously but left the stumps for later. It was hard to say no! I called Cheap & Great Tree Services that Saturday afternoon and an estimator, Dani, came out to our home to assess everything later that same evening. We were quoted for not only our massive tree removal, but the dead tree, our two stumps from previous tree removals, and three debris piles of branches stacked high. We were advised they were able to get the job done the Monday following our estimate. It sounded too good to be true but it wasn't! Not only did Cheap & Great provide a quote that helped us in more ways than one during a difficult time but Manuel and his team provided top notch service!! Cesar, the arborist that came to do the inspection and estimate for this work tried to do the pruning in a way that did no harm to any of the trees involved. One neighbor needed to have a 'weight reduction' on two trees as they were tall and swayed quite a bit in high winds. This service took about 15% off upper limbs, which also reduced the strain on the root system. There is a definite reduction of fear that these trees might come down in a bad storm. The other neighbor needed one 'dead' tree removed, and another live tree removed as it was leaning over a neighbor's property. The crew that did all of this work was there on time (actually early), Each worker was aware of the scope of work to be done. They were very efficient as each worker had an assigned task. The climbers used all of the safety equipment I could have imagined being necessary. Cleanup was very thorough, and left the properties in the same or better condition than when the job was started. Please note that Atlanta Arbor is covered with both liability as well as workers comp insurance coverage. I will certainly use them again as the need arises.
